As a late birthday gift to myself I took a trip to my local Crumbl Cookies. Not knowing what to expect, despite purchasing cookies in the past, I went in to try this week’s cookies. Boy do I have an opinion on this shop specifically. From the perfect location on Main Street to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere this place does it the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they will always ask if you need any assistance or recommendations whenever you come in! Parking is not as bad as it may seem for the location as they have parking in the front, side and in the back. Enough of the general building and environment and let’s get to the good stuff; the cookies. I tried the Twix Shortbread cookie and when I tell you that was phenomenal you better believe it!!! I got carryout so when I arrived I got the order SO fast and even got the chance to talk to some lovely workers. They told me about how a day in their life is and how they run Crumbl. Did you know they have REAL cookies on the display board?! Enough of my excitement there but the cookie itself was good, even though the weathers cold I would get that chilled cookie again.
Overall I would have to say,
Customer Service: 10/10, whether you go in the morning or at night I always interact with the sweetest workers!
Cookie Quality: 10/10, absolutely DELICIOUS. The cookies are beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work into each individual cookie.
Atmosphere and presentation: 8/10, I only rate it so low because of the lights. Otherwise it is a nice set up with easy accessibility and very clean! Just the lights are very bright. Cute pink and white aesthetic though.
Affordability: 9/10, I would have to say my opinion of the prices has gone up. Recently they have made the chocolate chip cookies relatively less expensive with the price going down by at least a dollar? For the size of those cookies it is definitely worth it though!
Thank you all for taking the time to read my review and thank you Crumbl for a sweet birthday treat 🥰

Read moreI ordered a future order on the app for six of their trust leches cakes they were completely dry. I called the next day to complain, and his so-called manager came on the phone and told me that she couldn’t do anything and relayed my complaint to Rob and some other manager. They refused to come to the phone not once, but twice they refuse to take down my information and only wanted to assist me via email. I told them I was driving and couldn’t. I said that this was unacceptable and how I didn’t get any problems going to another location before. Apparently they prep the cakes early in the morning and by the time you order the cake sometime later on in the day the cakes are completely bone dry. Jess, the person on the phone also told me that there was multiple other customers complaining that the cakes were dry. She didn’t know how to resolve my issue. It appears that management was aware and the other customers were affected and they did nothing to resolve it. I advise going to a different location not only for product but for service because if you call with any concerns or complaint, they will refuse to come to the phone to assist you and they will refuse to address your concern unless it’s been sent to an email address on their website. Oh by the way, I wasted all my Crumbl cash on this order for no reason. I will never be going back to this location. Horrible service, horrible product. I should’ve listen to everyone else. $35+ for 6 bone dry...
Read moreI came in especially for the cheesecake cookie to be told they didn't have any left. So instead of buying the 4 pack that cost $15.58 I bought two individual cookies that came to $9.90. Right as I got my change, a man from the back came up hearing the conversation and told me that they had a batch that just cooled and they just needed to be iced and decorated. So I ordered another two and asked if I could just be charged for the 4 pack instead but the girl at the front stated that I couldn't do that because the last order was in already. So I was charged $20 in total instead of getting the deal for 15.50 Which im bothered about because not only are the cookies on the expensive side, I had just came in earlier today and purchased cookies for my staff as we are a neighboring business on the Main Street, and left a generous tip. I feel like it could have easily been fixed but was totally shut down and she didn't even try and fix it or speak to someone regarding this issue. As it is late I just wanted to go home and didn't want to make a big deal of it but I won't be returning because of this experience. I don't feel as though I shouldnt have paid the extra money for them because the staff said they didn't have any but they...
