READ TO THE END!! Worst everrrr!!! Went to purchase a tuna sandwich, got home and the bread was as hard as a rock!! (No exaggeration)

I live about 12 minutes away, but I refused to eat that hard bread so I went back.

When I got back at 927pm, I talked to the same guy who made the sandwich.

Me: please feel this bread. It's hard as a rock! Him: you're right, it is!! Me: can you make me another sandwich? Him: well we close at 9, so I can give you a coupon. Me: I'd rather a sandwich; I need to eat. Him: well all the bread is gonna be in the same state Me: can you check?? Him: ok, how's this 1? Me: ok

At this point he proceeded to cut the bread, unwrap the old sandwich, and use his gloved hands to transfer the tuna and everything else, in clumps, no spoon, on the sandwich onto the newer bread.

He said, "Ima give you a coupon, too, because I know this is a mess." Smh. I was discussed at this point. He handed me the bag, and I proceeded to just leave. I got to the car, opened the bag so I can trash the sandwich and put the coupon in my glove compartment for another day, and there was nooooo coupon.... It's ok at this point, because I probably will neverrrrr return!! You guys are lazy, inconsiderate, and trifling!!! I won't be returning, nor...

This was my first experience at a Jersey Mike's. I was traveling through and I try to eat a local place when possible. Jersey Mike's, while in Jersey. I was very pleased with the service. I called because I was in a big truck and couldn't park. The gentleman who answered recommended the "Mike's Famous Philly" for my first sub. They started my sandwich, I ran in and paid and then went back out to my truck to wait. The man working the register brought it out to me and was very friendly. I moved my vehicle and started to tear in to this new sub I had discovered. I was absolutely amazed by the flavor! I've had a Philly before, but nothing like this. I’ve been a fan of jersey mikes for years! Even worked at a few. When I say this place has gone downhill! Downhill is an understatement! Went around 7pm it was only two customers in the store. Wasn’t busy at all. Took the workers 10 mins just to take my order. No acknowledgment that I was standing there at all! I ordered a #42. The bread was so stale it was literally breaking into crumbs when I took it out the bag. The cheesesteak meat fell straight through the stale bread! Furthermore it was so salty I’m unsure if they added extra salt purposely or what but it was unbearable! I’ve been to plenty of other jersey mikes and ordered the same sandwich!
