Came here for lunch. The food was nothing to write home about, and the wifi password was incorrect. Ordered the Caprese sandwich, and asked the cashier if it came with tomatoes. She went over to read the menu on the wall, before confirming it did not. I clarified — “I know it’s not listed on the menu, but these types of sandwiches often come with tomatoes… just want to triple check.” She assured me it wouldn’t. Read moreReally good gelato with terrible service. We arrived about 25 minutes before closing time, after waiting in line for our turn and ordering gelato and a hot chocolate to go the young lady told us to wait for her to finish serving the line of people who were behind us for her to make our already paid for beverage. Mind you, she made the drinks of the people who came before us as she took their orders. Still, we waited patiently for her to finish taking orders until we noticed she was even taking orders of people who were just arriving. We had to ask for her to make our beverage. Maybe she was having a tough day it just didn’t seem the best way...
Read moreSo cute, but the food was so disappointing. I had the avocado toast. It was Wholly Guacamole out of the processed package, spread on toast, put on a cold plate, which immediately made the toast cold. Boiled egg also was questionable as to fresh boiled or Costco pre-boiled. Not the made on site experience I was expecting. Price was much for Costco ready made meal. There were several items they could not offer because they did not have the ingredients on hand. That’s fine. Either make a good item and sell it at that price or, discount the price because you’re throwing together processed items from Costco and that’s all you can offer...
