Disclaimer: This review only captures my catering experience and NOT dining indoor. Results may vary.

My company (WBO-based) has been ordering catering from this location for well over 4 years now. If anything, I feel I should applaud them on remaining consistent in their horrible quality food/delivery for this long. I can derive happiness from the very fact that no matter how horrible of a day I will have at work, nothing can ever hope to be as worse as the catering provided by this establishment.

Truly, I really hope that one day this place takes pride in delivering quality food to people.

EDIT: I should provide some constructive criticism here. My mealbox consisted of a chicken parm, 1-bag of store-bought Vicky's chips, a cookie and a very small piece of bread with a side of butter. Nothing in that box felt like it was prepared with any attention to detail. The bread was old, the sauce and chicken were bland, the cookie stale and the bread was even more stale. Why more bread after you're already eating a sandwich? There is no thought to the mealbox. My suggestion here is to offer a small side-salad instead, anything but another...

I been coming here for years I love bertuccis I love the pasta here I love the pizza but the pasta more but my all time favorite it the garlic knots and the bread rolls the last two times I been here to get food or pick up food the the pasta was horrible and the other time the pizza was absolutely burnt but I said well we all have bad days we make mistakes they can't be perfect all the time I'll just wait a while before I come back again not to give up on them completely so I come back today I sent my husband this time to go Pick It up for me two order of garlic knots with extra garlic sauce and bread roll with extra butter that I was not giving I was happy went home excited to eat it and I open the box and they garlic knots wear burnt not just one box but both of the them and the bread rolls too I was beyond angry the fact that I didn't have Time to go back and be a very unhappy customer and tell them how I don't understand how any cook or even manager would ever let this go to a customer burnt how it was is very disappointing and it's sad I don't think that I will be back just...

My boyfriend and I have come here several times and each time we have come we have a good experience. The waiters are always nice, the food always delicious…except for one dish we tried the other day: the pasta chips. They didn’t taste good and we couldn’t even bring ourselves to have more than 2, thankfully the waiter noticed we didn’t like them as we left them all on the plate and comped us for it. Afterwards, the manager came over to apologize and let us know that that was actually one of their worst dishes and they tell people to not get it. He explained that he has no other choice but to have it on the menu and that it’s from a new TikTok trend. I appreciated all the info and also them coming over, we had all the intention of paying for it as we felt it was our mistake for ordering it and maybe it was just us not liking it so it was nice that they helped us out.
