McDonald's — Restaurant in Westerly

Okay, usually I'd never bother with a Fast Food restaurant but here we are.

Bad customer service, IT DRIVES ME NUTS!

Visited this location on the weekend of 7/22/23 for a quick drive thru dinner while traveling. The car line was put to the road, no big deal. Order was placed, paid, and picked up. There was a couple items missing from the bag, no biggie, it happens. I walked up to the door at 6pm to find it locked. Went around to another side, locked. Dining room was completely closed. There was a man / worker on the other side of the door against the wall playing on his phone. I politely knocked and said I was missing something asking to come in only to be given a dirty look with a shake of the head and shrugged off burying himself back in the phone. Shortly after others were waiting outside complaining as well.

Oh, McDonald’s how I love your Quarter Pounder with cheese. Enough about me let’s me start by saying 3 stars only for the name and for the service lord, oh lord how grateful I am to be able to review this location. Firstly, this McDonald’s need a Botox treatment and what is a golden arch without the double arch lighting up. This McDonald’s should be put on retirement immediately. The employees mannerism are ignorant. The quality of my quarter pounder meat on several occasions has been dry or cold. I refuse to visit this location any longer. My special affair with Donald’s has been rudely interrupted by the employees who seem to not have any clue on following instructions or professionalism. Now I cheat on Donald with Wendy and I feel extremely guilty. If you like your burger dry or cold this McDonald’s location is definitely a place...

Gave this McDonald's so many chances. Done with it after last visit. Soda machine has been broken twice in a row since I was coming here, asked for a hamburger for my sister, didn't even say plain or minus toppings, just said hamburger, got a disc of meat between two buns. No onions, pickles or whatever. My meal was missing the double quarter pounder, and asked for sweet and sour sauce for her kids happy meals THREE TIMES, didn't get any, asked for extra fries with the happy meals instead of apple slices, they gave both apple slices. 45 dollars for easily 35 worth of mediocre food. SO MANY TIMES they forget things, I've never gotten a complete order from this place.
