The best breakfast sandwich in Westfield. Perfect for NYC commuters. They offer a Taylor Ham breakfast sandwich to die for. You can even add a hashbrown directly on the sandwich. If you commute in to NYC, I suggest stopping here for a sandwich to go. It takes them literally 2-3 min to make a sandwich. Proof of its staying power: My father when he was a kid would eat at Herseys, and whenever we come to visit, it's become tradition to grab a breakfast sandwich together. They're family owned and still going strong. Went in at opening and they were already juggling orders via phone. The locals know what's good.

Walking in, I was immediately reminded of the no-frills bagels store/deli where I (as a teen) would get an everything bagel with cream cheese, washed down with a Snapple. Then to my 20's when I would find the delis in Brooklyn that served up HUGE portions of fresh custom subs. Having moved away and slowed down the metabolism, I was overwhelmed by the portions and nostalgia as I ordered, and carried home what is more like a torpedo than a sub. Delicious!

Service is fine, the assembly line design done well, quality toppings, clearly fresh cut meat and cheese for cold cut heros, and big portions of chicken...

I've loved Hershey sandwiches for most of my life. Lately, however, the quality has declined and the service below average at best. For the third week in a row, the person behind the counter was not able to get a simple order right. All we wanted was turkey sloppy joes. First time, they forgot the dressing, second time, they forgot the cole slaw. Now, third time, they added roast beef and forgot the dressing again. This was their last chance with us.
