So we had a problem with our account after trying to sign up for the First Net services and we were on the phone numerous times with AT&T. If it weren’t for this store, our issue never would have been resolved. The problem was indeed AT& T’s fault and of course we got the run-around every time we called customer service, so we are incredibly grateful for the wonderful help we received from the staff at this store. It took several trips and phone calls to resolve our problem, but Samantha B and Tyra H and the other staff members worked so hard to resolve it. I have dealt with companies like this before and many employees don’t want to be bothered helping if the problem can’t be fixed easily or takes a lot of follow-up. Samantha continued working to solve our problem outside of her normal work hours and EVEN AFTER she had been moved to another location. She was so amazing and kept in touch with us personally for months until the issue was finally taken care of. If more companies had people as dedicated as she is, the world would be a much better place! She did what was right even though it was a lot of extra trouble, and we cannot thank her enough. All of the staff at this store was attentive and concerned. We were never blown off or ignored and it is just so unusual to receive such excellent service (in our experience) from so many people. Read moreI’m extremely disappointed in this store. Around a month ago I was “helped” by AJ. I came in to buy the new iPhone 15. He told me there was a promotion that came with the new phone where I would receive a case, charging cube, and screen protector for free. Additionally, he told me insurance would be free on my phone with the promotion. I believed this because at the store I was only asked to pay for the taxes on the phone and the remaining balance on my old phone. I also had concerns with my phone bill and lowering it. AJ had taken something off my bill and reassured my mother and I our bill would be lower. When I was billed this month, insurance had been added to ALL of devices on the account and I was charged for all the “free” accessories. The phone case and screen protector were $45 and cube was $35. I would never pay that price, especially since I normally buy them off Amazon for a quarter of the price. I’ve tried calling this store to speak with a manager but I’m always sent to a call center where I am told the same thing. “We’re emailing the manager and he should get back to you in 24 hours”. Read moreI have been a customer with AT&T and the same phone number for 20 years I visited in December 2019 this Westfield location to update my phones.. one of the phones I was asked and advised by the AT&T employee that was present , to turn it in get a new phone with a new number so that I could get the special deal that was being offered at the time. I know that at that time I was already feeling sick. I have medical proof of me contacting my doctor (Covid) I was very very ill to make a long story short. Long road to recovery.. AT&T has been charging me for that phone that was canceled and turned in for two years at over $39 a month that’s 24 months I called them and when I realized going through most of my paperwork after a long journey with Covid and AT&T refuses to give me back any money I didn’t ask for a refund I asked for a credit towards my account. Of course my record show that that line was in not active as I turned the phone in obviously and got the new phone with the new number who is used by my 10 year old grandson.
