One of the key things that make a restaurant earn its premium or high-quality reputation is entirely based on the attitude of the wait people, and the staff. One angry or disgruntled wait person could ruin the whole experience. For a Ramen place that charges $22 (plus tax and tip it's almost $30) for a bowl of ramen, the service must be exceptional and here it is not. I am sorry to say.
I have been here twice, once the wait person was actually quite nice. I had the Chicken Curry Ramen and it wasn’t that great. Way too salty and not as flavorful as another Ramen place in town about 4 miles away. It was about 50% as good. She recommended Garlic Shrimp for next time. So I decided to come back and try it. The ramens at this restaurant just aren’t that exceptional. The shrimp ramen is very ordinary.
But what made my experience worse was an angry waiter, you know the ones with no charm and warmth who just bark questions and so on.
Also, their outdoor space has a lot to be desired. They constantly bring garbage out through the entrance to their outdoor space. Also it looks right into the ladies room. I mean right in, full view, every time the door to that bathroom is open. Yikes!

I will not be coming back to this place, I’ve been to plenty of ramen places and...
Read moreI've visited this ramen spot four times, and the quality has been consistently impressive. While I haven't explored the entire menu, the Hokkaido Coconut Ramen is my go-to comfort food. I LOVE the rich, creamy broth and soft, flavorful noodles!!
What sets this place apart is the broth's depth of flavor! While other ramen places have the common pitfalls of being too watery. Also, the noodles soak up the broth perfectly, making each bite a delight! :p
My only criticism is the dry, overcooked chasu pork, which I always opt out of. However, the marinated eggs are a game-changer – so delicious that I've learned to make my own at home!
To perfect my order, I add extra broth, noodles, and marinated eggs. If the chasu pork were softer and more buttery, I'd give this place a full 10/10. As it stands, it's a...
