I've visited this ramen spot four times, and the quality has been consistently impressive. While I haven't explored the entire menu, the Hokkaido Coconut Ramen is my go-to comfort food. I LOVE the rich, creamy broth and soft, flavorful noodles!! What sets this place apart is the broth's depth of flavor! While other ramen places have the common pitfalls of being too watery. Also, the noodles soak up the broth perfectly, making each bite a delight! :p My only criticism is the dry, overcooked chasu pork, which I always opt out of. However, the marinated eggs are a game-changer – so delicious that I've learned to make my own at home! To perfect my order, I add extra broth, noodles, and marinated eggs. If the chasu pork were softer and more buttery, I'd give this place a full 10/10. As it stands, it's a solid 9.5/10.

I came here with my wife to see if this place had great Ramen and I was quite amazed. The atmosphere is beautiful. They have great artwork all around you. The service was extremely fast and professional, and the food came out less than 15 minutes after ordering I ordered the chicken Ramen and I was blown away with how delicious it was. The broth was very creamy and the noodles were perfect and delicious. I ordered the spicy sauce on the side and just by adding a little bit, it gets extremely spicy, but it was perfect. I love this place. I would definitely come back again and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for great Ramen in the area Five stars for me.

The restaurant has a bright, open feel inside, and you can also sit outside on the patio. They get creative with basic rice cookers, using them as table containers and even as wall lights. The staff was quick, friendly, and knew the menu well. Most dishes focus on noodles and broths, but there are plenty of choices, including some salads to start. We tried the chicken curry ramen, which comes with chicken in curry broth, a flavored egg, mushrooms, and ramen noodles. You can pick your spice level. We also had the donburi chicken teriyaki, served with julienne carrots, broccoli, white rice, and a sweet teriyaki sauce. If you're nearby, it's worth stopping in.

One of the key things that make a restaurant earn its premium or high-quality reputation is entirely based on the attitude of the wait people, and the staff. One angry or disgruntled wait person could ruin the whole experience. For a Ramen place that charges $22 (plus tax and tip it's almost $30) for a bowl of ramen, the service must be exceptional and here it is not. I am sorry to say.

I have been here twice, once the wait person was actually quite nice. I had the Chicken Curry Ramen and it wasn’t that great. Way too salty and not as flavorful as another Ramen place in town about 4 miles away. It was about 50% as good. She recommended Garlic Shrimp for next time. So I decided to come back and try it. The ramens at this restaurant just aren’t that exceptional. The shrimp ramen is very ordinary.

But what made my experience worse was an angry waiter, you know the ones with no charm and warmth who just bark questions and so on.

Also, their outdoor space has a lot to be desired. They constantly bring garbage out through the entrance to their outdoor space. Also it looks right into the ladies room. I mean right in, full view, every time the door to that bathroom is open. Yikes!

Update: The restaurant's gesture in their reply is not serious, because they should know that Google doesn't allow...

I happened to stubble across this place as I exited the wrong off-ramp and boy was it the “wrong” one alright. I’m gonna count out the many things wrong with this place and I wish there was a option for half of star for minimum effort.

  1. Nobody was at the front to help
  2. No real greeting when they finally came to the front.
  3. They sat me all the way in the back next to bathroom
  4. Edemame ordered was not allowed to be customized for 🌶 spicy.
  5. The one spicy item ordered and names “spicy” was not spicy at all.
  6. The veggie ramen ordered had NO flavor at all. I had to ask for soy sauce and chili paste just to get through it.
  7. Service was mediocre I mean everyone knows not to hand out the bill before the customer is ✅ done. HELLO….

I will not be coming back to this place, I’ve been to plenty of ramen places and...
