Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Westlake

Listen, I'm a religious Jersey Mike's consumer almost once a week. It's my favorite! I've been to multiple locations, Westlake being closest to my office. This one, however, seems to NEVER get it right through delivery/online orders, to the point I have to go in, which isnt a huge deal but thats the point of ordering online and paying for delivery, the convenience.

I feel like unless I go in to monitor how my sandwich is being made, it wont be made correctly or efficiently. For example, ordered for delivery today and my sandwich came with ONE SLICE OF TURKEY (I'm not even kidding, I felt like I was eating a veggie sandwich), like 2 pickles, and barely any lettuce. Its never consistent.

I can appreciate the quickness the restaurant has to offer but efficiency matters just as much, especially after paying...

There isn't really much atmosphere per se. There's some tables and chairs if you want to eat in, but this is more of a grab & go restaurant.

The food is excellent. I haven't tried anything I didn't like. It's like Subway on steroids. Better quality meats and produce. Ordering in the app is the way to go because sometimes the line can be long. But that's a reflection of how good the food is. Hot subs are grilled right in front of you and cold subs are sliced to order.

Some people think it's expensive, but with the way Subway has raised their prices, the difference isn't really that much. But the improved quality makes it worth the...

Worst experience I've ever had. The Westlake jersey Mike. I wasnt even served. It was a busy time. The lady or guy taking my order was talking fast and over me. I couldn't get a word out. When I asked her if I could talk to tell he/him what I wanted, the manager came over there and made it worst. It was very unprofessional and customer service was not the focal point. I'm a 6'4" 270lbs black man. When I ask the manager can I get a word in to take my order he said I'm calling the police in front of multiple customers. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. All I wanted was food on my lunch break. I wouldn't recommend this...
