I recently had the pleasure of dining at Don Ramon, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentive service, setting the tone for the evening.

The menu is a delightful blend of traditional Mexican flavors with a modern twist, offering a variety of dishes that cater to all taste preferences. I started with the freshly made guacamole, which was bursting with flavor and paired perfectly with their crisp, house-made tortilla chips.

For the main course, I opted for the Vegetarian Fajitas and the Vegetarian Chimichangas, and both were cooked to perfection. The fajitas were sizzling hot, packed with a variety of fresh vegetables, and seasoned just right. The chimichangas were crispy on the outside and filled with a flavorful mix of beans, cheese, and spices. The portion sizes were generous, yet every bite left me wanting more.

The service was equally impressive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our dining experience was both comfortable and enjoyable.

Visited for the first time last week after picking up my husband and my daughter from the airport. I got the Chimi-birria which was very good. There was so much meat packed inside. I ate both but should have stopped at one and taken the rest home. My husband got the enchiladas supreme. He said they were the best he has ever had. Other places just put sauce and melted cheese on top. He really liked all the toppings that Don Ramon puts on the enchiladas. My daughter got the chicken rice bowl. She had enough leftovers to have two more meals. She did say there were a bit too many peppers on it but she would order it again.

Great staff, very friendly attentive servers & a good menu of well-made Mexican standards. This is my Dad's fav place; my personal Mexican palate is a bit more towards the more modern Mexican, so allow me to share my favs off this menu:

The Street Tacos - you get 3, but they all have to be the same protein (I'd prefer a mix & match.) I usually get the steak & ask them to add some cheese. The winner in this dish is the AMAZING in-house made green tomatillo salsa that comes with it as a side! It has tremendous depth of flavor and a delayed nice extra kick of heat 🔥. Consider ordering that salsa as a side for your chips or meal!
