Five Guys — Restaurant in Westlake

Today we had lunch at Five Guys Westlake Ohio and I made a mistake on my order and rather than the manager of the store being kind, he was extremely rude, which would ruin your whole vibe. After I spent $35 on two single hamburgers in a medium fry with two drinks. He was quick to brush me off as if I was leaving the store when I was eating inside the restaurant and just extremely rude and real dismissive after I said wow I just tipped you five dollars and you’re so rude. I must be a complete idiot to go inside five guys in Westlake and order two single hamburgers and a shared medium french fry and two drinks and pay $30 plus a four dollar tip $35.00 meanwhile, he threw two patties on the grill that were frozen and don’t you commit to saying that your hamburgers are not frozen well I find that hard to believe. Because mine were put on the grill frozen and their paper thin so it didn’t take much time for them to cook and the guy was just a rude asshole. The hamburgers are delicious, but the service from the manager was HORRIBLE I’m not asking you to fire this guy, but you need to give him a good swift kick in the ass. It’s 2025. I can eat anywhere for $35. It makes me sick to think that five guys is charging so much money and the service sucks. Shame on you five guys get it together and hire friendly people. Their manager was rude, and the other employees looked as if they were kind of embarrassed, but they didn’t...

We went in had a short wait. Ample amount of seating available for dining in. We had plenty of time to check the menu while someone else ordered ahead of us. We ordered exactly what we wanted, the cashier read it back to us to verify and wasn't rude at all. We had time to use the restroom, got our smoothies while the rest was being made. We chose to eat outside at the table. Plenty of extra napkins and ketchup. Their fries are always cooked right little crisp, and little soft. Believe me when I tell you, get a little fry if you don't want to be too stuffed or if you are trying to not eat a ton of fries. Everyone is different it I get it. I didn't eat today, and having the cheese burger, shake and little fry filled me up! They give u some extra fries in the bag. They always have posted inside where their fries are coming from. The burgers are fresh and well cooked. Also, if you haven't eaten here, don't get scared by the price because you are getting two patties! They melt the cheese perfectly. We used to get a take out from this location once a month. The food has been really good most of the times however on two occasions we had received very bad burgers. Both times, the buns were so burnt they turned into "croutons" (dry and crumbly) and the meat was pink. The first time it happened, it was so off-putting that the next day we ended up contacting the staff to make them aware in hopes they would do something to correct the problem. We had some really good meals at this location before the incident so we continued to go back hoping that the issue was resolved. The other night, we had another meal with really burnt buns. Three burgers and all three had burnt buns. They were not edible. I doubt I would go back. This location does not seem to care about the quality control and consistency. In this day and age when there are so many options to choose from, I do not feel like this location deserves to have me...
