On the fence but going to give it a 4 (probably a 3.5 if I could). Atmosphere: nice open atmosphere (although some of their decor made me feel like I was in Abercrombie commercial) Food: Not very vegetarian friendly which was very disappointing. The only vegetarian options were Eggplant parm and pizza. I ended up getting Pasta M without the meatballs so it would be vegetarian which was good but still charged the same price as it would have been with meat and to me was not worth the $18 I paid for it for some cavatelli and sauce. Drink: good drink selection, half off bottles on Wednesday which is when we went which is always great. Service: Again I'm torn but will be honest. Let me start by saying our server was awesome and doing the best she could with a smile on her face the whole time she was constantly moving and always at a table but was definitely over-sat. In current circumstances the whole world is short staffed and having worked in the food industry myself I'm very patient but with that being said it was very slow. As soon as I sat I ordered a bottle wine and did not get it until some of my party had their salads which not really sure why on that one but know our server didn't forget it because she kept reassuring us our drinks were coming shortly. Our food also took about 1.5 hrs from the time we placed it to get to our table. We did have a large party (9 people but with a reservation) and did not mind as we were all chatting and catching up but would def not want to wait that long if I was out on a date or with a friend or two, etc. Honestly I felt bad for the staff because they working their tails off, the restaurant is very large and most tables were filled. I think that their management/owners need to realize if the don't have the staff to support it you can't seat every table. As a patron if I walk into a restaurant and ask how long the wait is and they tell me a hour because they aren't seating all their tables and I choose not to wait I will likely just come back and try a different day, or if I do decide to wait and have a great experience once I am sat I will likely come back and refer others. The experience I had the other night I will likely not be running back anytime soon, I would go again if it was a friend's pick but certainly not one of my...

My family had reservations for Easter dinner at 3:00 today. Our server came around to take drink orders quickly. She also offered the table bread with an olive oil and vinegar dipping sauce. It was pretty good, but I wanted to save room for my meal, so I only had a few pieces. We waited a bit for our server to return to take our order. It turned out to take a bit longer than I expected and my wife took notice. I'm fairly patient, so it didn't bother me. I get it, it's Easter. The food arrived at the table and right away my father noticed that the food wasn't very warm. Then my sister said the same thing. Not off to a great start. My wife and I were served next, along with my sister in law and my brother. The food temperature seemed to vary a lot. It seemed as if certain food may have sat out, while other plates were much warmer. I got the Chicken Carbonara. It was warm, but not hot. The pasta was dry and undercooked in my opinion. The peas were plentiful, but also a bit undercooked. I didn't see much panceta, but there was some present. The chicken was also very dry. This was where I just put my fork down and called it quits. I tried not to complain as not to add to the overall disappointment at the table. I could see that my sister in law, who had made the reservations was getting pretty upset. Given the price per dish, I expected a lot more. We didn't get it. I can't speak for everyone in my family, but I know for certain that my wife and I will not...

The service was horrible. We arrived at 5:15 pm. The bus boy brought us room temperature water. No waiter or waitress came to our table for 10 minutes. Finally, I asked the hostess if anyone was working our area. She apologized and went to get someone. We sat another five minutes waiting on our waitress. This waitress was working the back of the restaurant. So she would have to come to the front of the bar where we were sitting to check on us. Next, we watched a couple sit at an patio table get quicker service than we did. I ask a gentlemen (African American) that was walking around if he was the manager, he said yes, I proceeded to register my complaint with him. To me it seems like it fell on deaths ear. The manager brought us a new bottle of cold water. I explained to him we have been coming here for years and today the service is lousy. The manager said they were busy, my husband counted 10 tables were empty. Another couple came in and sat at the bar. Two older gentlemen told the bartender that they were waiting. The bartender didn't even acknowledge the couple and dropped off two menus and walked away. They ended up asking for the manager to register a complaint. The service was lousy, the only saving grace was our waitress who was walking clear across the restaurant to ask if everything was OK or if we needed anything. My suggestion, retrain your staff and focus on customer service; without customers your business...

First, let me start with the positive. Our server, Faith, was amazing. She was very patient with us as we our 3rd was running late and then we were talking for a while, getting caught up, before we ordered. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive. The host looked and acted like he had no desire to be there. He wasn’t welcoming and just wasn’t very friendly. He sat is at a booth table and it wasn’t clean. There were crumbs and stickiness all over it. Our server took care of it after we were seated. The partitions, between the booths, both behind us and to the side, was covered with dust. Not little specs of dust, but full grown bunnies. I’ve attached pictures. It’s just disgusting and that goes directly on the management not doing their job. I’ve owned 2 restaurants and my front end managers would be gone if I ever saw that. The food: I had one of the easiest Italian dishes to cook in the world, chicken Parm. This had absolutely no flavor. None. It was a generous portion, but just as boring and a waste of a good piece of chicken. The pasta was overcooked and the tomato sauce was bland as well. None hint of oregano, no hint of red wine, nothing. Very disappointing. My wife’s basil pesto was ok. It had a nice flavor but was slightly overpowering for her, but I enjoyed it. Very disappointed in a place that is pretending to be higher end. Can’t be higher end if you can’t do basic cleaning or season a chicken parm dish.

We went for dinner with my family and the server Anjeliah was inpatient to take our orders and rushed us. We ordered margarita pizza for our 3 year old and it came as dry crust with slice of tomato on top with out margarita/tomato sauce. When we asked we were told that oil and cheese only with out sauce. So it was not suitable for out 3 year old to eat and we asked for spaghetti with butter. The spaghetti came uncooked, dry and taste less and she did not eat that as well. I ordered pasta Nona which was just cooked penne pasta with few slice of cucumber and butter it did not have a cream sauce and was dry I asked for tomato sauce and salt, it took more than 20 minutes for our server to bring the salt and we had to call her from the back of the room where she was just standing and chatting and told us to wait couple more minutes and the food was cold. I was asked to pay $14 for the pasta when I asked why they claimed it was made with a special butter sauce which was ridiculous. Any ways it was bad service with bad food and I would not recommend this place it would give less than 1 star if it was possible. Only the lasagna that my wife ordered was better.

My fiancé and I forgot to make reservations for Valentine’s Day, so we were scrambling around trying to find somewhere to eat. We were happy that Leo’s had availability when we called and we made a reservation for 7 pm over the phone. When we got there, the guy at the Host stand couldn’t find our reservation, but was still able to get us a table. The service was good. Our server was super nice and accommodating. I ordered the Carbonara (first time trying it) and my fiancé ordered the chicken parmesan. We both agreed that neither dish had enough sauce. My dish was a little bland. I got the gluten free noodles, which I understand are a little different to cook than regular as I make them at home as well. I don’t think the noodles were cooked long enough. Either that or they had cooked a big batch and had them sitting out for a while. We rated our dishes 5-6/10. It was just “okay”. There was nothing inherently bad about the food, it just wasn’t super delicious. Here’s a picture of my food. We probably won’t go back, but we were happy to eat somewhere for Valentine’s Day with a nice atmosphere.
