Ordered online and for whatever reason the order didnāt go through but I got charged on my card anyway . So I called the store to confirm if they got my order or not and what I should do about the charge . The girl that answered the phone said she was getting a manager , got put on hold for a few minutes, then some guy gets on the line and I reexplained everything to him . When I asked him if he had any insight into why this happened or whether this happens at their store a lot . His response was appalling . This guy had the gall and balls to say to me āsometimes it doesnāt go through because of insufficient funds āā I immediately cut him off and said āi assure you that is not the issueā I own a business , Iām not broke nor is my account without funds . I was extremely offended . I call them with an issue and thatās what I get . First time ever calling or ordering here , because their food is expensive and in the past - other locations- it wasnāt good enough to warrant the price . But come to find out they already had all My info !! And I only know this because I told him Iād go ahead and re place the order on the phone and he proceeded to read off my address . Which floored me because they shouldnāt have it , as Iāve never eaten from here and my order didnāt go through . This guy told me that someone under a different name used my phone number and address to order a pizza last year . He read the order and name off to me and everything . So not only do they have some fraudulent stuff going on , their online system doesnāt work well , AND the āmanager ā (who I talked to and the girl said she was getting ) was beyond disrespectful and rude . Couple that with the fact that I paid massively for the food again the next morning in the bathroom , I will NEVER order here again . To avoid having more card issues from their system I paid cash . Order was $38 for a pizza and a cookie . Totally ridiculous. I feel bad for the guy dropping off my food though , I was so pissed I just gave him $40 and told him keep the change , not much of a tip I know , but I was pissed about the whole thing. And he literally drove 3 mins to my house . Not a lot of labor . And he can personally thank his āmanager ā for not getting tipped better , his words were the reason I didnāt . Sorry dude but your manager is a dck and I donāt reward being an A*hole .
Credit where credit is due - I got extra toppings on my pizza and they did not skimp - unlike dominos . You will get what you pay for here , but itās expensive and comes with questionable service . Again everything tasted good but my stomach did not agree which to me makes it not worth it...

The conversation was over. The food was delivered in a small box. My husband asked the driver is that my chicken. The drive said yes. He opened the box and only 8 pieces of chicken came. He called. The young lady who took the order answered the phone. He explained what happened. She stated let me get the manager. The manager comes to the phone. My husband explained he ordered a 16 piece of chicken and received 8. The manager stated " We don't have 16 piece chicken". My husband said well why didn't she tell me that? She said ok and gave me my total. The manager said well you can order more. That's crazy. Who does business like that? Why would I pay for delivery again when I just called and purchased exactly what I wanted. If it's not on the menu you don't say ok. You say we don't have that. Then that give the persons an opportunity th choose something else. Instead of making a person pay for a delivery and order thats not complete. Now, we had to split the chicken. That 4 piece each. And all they could say was " You can make another order. I will no longer support Jets....

Also Managers are rude and will debate with you before resolving matters and believe totally what their employees say while totally in wrong and won't try to do anything about it!. PSA: THEY DON'T USE GLOVES EVEN SINCE PANDEMIC (NEVER DID) definitely should more than ever and the employees be having open cuts/sores on their hands uncovered with no bandage so bleeding open wounds...
