Managment is great here, just needs more help on the inside. Got delivery last night and upon receiving my order, found more than half of it missing. I was missing in total: a pot pie, cornbread, a caesar salad, a chicken noodle soup, a 2 liter coke, a brownie, and 2 slice of apple pie. What did I actually receive, chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and one of my salads. Literally missing 7 out of 12 items. When I called to ask what happened cause I figured surely I got the wrong order, I was told they simply couldn't find the items and decided not to include them, despite the fact that they were not out of anything except the chicken soup. So the employee just decided because they couldn't find it, that my order didn't need more than half of what I paid for, I spent over $60. And then the worker, Jake, thought this could be fixed by giving me a $16 gift card because his terrible math thought that my 7 items added up to $16, when he had previously suggested this could be fixed with a $25 gift card, and now he's trying to short me? Last time I eat Boston Market unless management can correct this.
Update Spoke to the assistant manager Jack and Danny who was working the next day, who were quick to deeply apologize for my experience and wanted to do what they could to make things better and kindly re-made my meal for me. Read moreOn October 18, 2020, I made an online order through the Boston Market app. I ordered two individual meals at the 9269 Sheridan Boulevard, Westminster, CO 80031 location. Shortly after I ordered, Alex from the Boston Market location called me and told me that they ran out of the items that I ordered. I subsequently told her to cancel my order and provide a refund to my credit card. After three weeks, I have yet to receive the refund. On November 8, 2020, I went to the same location to order food. I had the chance to meet Alex in person and inquired about the status of my refund. Surprisingly, she said she can only refund me as store credit. I was shocked because I paid with my credit card and made it clear that I wanted to be refunded through the same method of payment because I didn't get what I ordered. This isn't my fault! Alex then said that refunding an order to the original payment method is something she can’t do and that she would let her manager, Jen, call me instead. So I have been waiting for Jen’s call but I never received a call. Also, the order made on November 8, 2020 at that restaurant did not add points in my account. After three mistakes made by the same location, I believe that Alex and this location both have issues with the way they operate. I have been to many other locations with no issues....
Read moreI love the food. I love the price. But the customer service needs work. We've eaten here twice this month and both times were disappointed by the service. The first time, it took a long time to get food because only 1 of 3 employees was actually working. 2 of them just stood there talking to one another. The one guy working was running around like a maniac doing everything while they hung out. He did great. Yesterday, I placed an online order to be picked up at 5:31pm. I arrived right at 5:31 and stood at the pickup area for 5 minutes without anyone saying a word. The cashier pointedly avoided looking at me, despite obviously seeing me. (She had to keep her head turned to the side.) It took a manager to notice the 5+ people standing at the front to do anything. (Me and several others waiting on cornbread that was never delivered) I had to go back out to my car and get my kids because I had no idea how long I was going to wait for food that was supposed to be ready. The whole point of ordering and paying ahead was so I wouldn't have to bring them in. If someone had simply said, "We're running behind, it'll be 5 minutes" I would have been fine, but I wasn't even sure if anyone was even working on my order. We won't be eating here again for awhile. I LOVE the sides, but I have been spoiled by other restaurants'...
