Always loved going here until Sunday. My daughter called to make a reservation and was told "We are not taking reservations " so we thought okay, we do not need one. She also asked, Do you do call ahead? Answer, "No, We Do Not Do That". We get there and the first thing we were asked was "Do you have a reservation?" WHAT? We were told you were not taking them? At which we received a very rude attitude and the statement yeah, not taking because we are already full!. Well that would have been a useful piece of information before we drove 30 min. To get there. Not taking and full are a little different. Then we were told we could go on a wait list but it would be a "Really Long Time" before we would be seated. Needless to say we went elsewhere and it is doubtfully we will go back...

I've been coming to Sakura for over 15 years. It normally is always a fun, delicious experience all around. Unfortunately i was here Saturday Night 8/6 and i had a less than pleasurable experience. The waitress Abby was not very friendly, on top of that I ordered a beer and she remembered everyone's else's at the table except mine which i had to remind her about. The chef we had was also not good. Not only was my fiancé and i popped with hot grease from the table (which I've never had happened ever before) that left blisters on our arms. He also did not season my chicken livers what so ever. No butter, lemon, spices etc. I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience all around and i will not be returning unless Sakura reaches out and tries to...

Me and my family went here for dinner tonight at the request of my 12 year old sister. She's having brain surgery tomorrow and wanted to go to Sakura for her special dinner. She told the chef what the occasion was and for the whole night he was kind, fun, and served us delicious food. We had a great time and caught lots of shrimp in our mouths, but at the end they brought out a piece of cake with the words "Be strong" and "get well soon" written in chocolate on the plate for my sister.
