I went in with 6 other people, and we sat at a booth, and I can't safely say the booth we sat at can comfortably sit 4 people across if your small in build. The waiter saw us sitting 4 across and offered a chair to my friend who sat on the end, and surely enough we sat comfortably even with my friend being on the end and sitting in the aisle.
As for the food. We got a magic roll to eat as an appetizer, and it was fresh and delicious. I got the sukiyaki gyu, and optioned for the udon based on the waiters recommendation. This was my first time having cold udon, and I was blown away with the flavor and how delicious everything was. My wife got the veggie Raman, and when she ordered it the waiter asked if she was vegetarian (which she replied she was) he reassured us the way they cook the veggie Raman is different so they don't use any tools that could cross contaminate with any meat whatsoever, so my wife was happy to hear that. Her veggie Raman was delicious as well, I tried some of hers and was delited with the broth and how much flavor that dish had. A couple of the other people I went with got the chicken katsu with cold soba, and they all said their dishes were amazing and full of flavor.
I will certainly be going back!! The atmosphere was really cool, the waiter was very tentative and actually quite funny. Everything about this trip was stellar! 5/5...
Read moreService dog handlers beware! You will not be able to dine in at this establishment without jumping through extra hoops. They expect you to show your "certification" and will attempt to deny you access for not having your SD in a vest despite high temperatures in the middle of the summer and no law requiring this. Our server Hector was a hero who did his best to accommodate me despite the ignorant management team refusing to do something at simple at Google basic ADA accommodation laws, so I was ultimately able to dine but only after showing "certification"( I used a badge I photoshopped for him for work, since there's no standard certification or official paperwork to be shown unless the whackos running the place actually believe they have a right to have copies of my personal medical details emailed to them to permit my medical equipment entry). Hector saved the store from having a report filed against them for refusing service to someone with a disability but I thought I should warn others of the unlawful ignorance of the management team here in hopes of sparing any other handlers the tearful, humiliating experience I had to endure today. Love their food, for the record, but boo hiss in a major way on their treatment of...
Read moreI'm giving 3 stars as this is just a soft opening until July.
Food is great haven't had any issues of food being cold or made improperly.
They have coke products in cans but offer a glass to use if you want. They also offer Ramune which is a Japanese Soft drink.
However, they do not have alcohol at this time but will be receiving it in July when they fully open.
They also have a couple of AI Servers that deliver the food from the kitchen to the table but they still have the wait staff take the food from the AI Server to your table when it arrives. They informed me that they will not be changing this due to liability issues. Which is why I gave it 3 stars because of the redundancy but I acknowledge the issues the restaurant wants to avoid.
The cost is fairly priced. For two people who bought 2 ramunes, a bowl of Ramen, 3 sushi platers, 2 appetizers, and 2 deserts came out to be about 98 dollars all of which was good portion sizes
The atmosphere looks phenomenal and cozy. ( picture shown)
I will be updating this review once...
