Burger King — Restaurant in Westminster

Restaurant was being ran very poorly even with the manager on duty. Unfortunately if you aren’t Hispanic or white I wouldn’t even bother going to location. For starters I leave 3 mins away from this store and the only way I can order is through Uber eats. The workers aren’t very black friendly. On 1 visit I was waiting for my order cashier spoke very quietly didn’t speak English and charged my combo as separate iteams. Then left my bag on the counter without calling that my order was ready. There’s no greeting. And no service. Manager tired to kick me out the store for having my mask on my chin. But she was touching money takin order touching inside of food trays touched the trash can receipts machine. As she walks up to the counter going to take my order I ask her to wash her hands and she says no I’m not taking your order and walks off. So I ask the cook I said nobody gonna take my order and he said no because I want to be disrespectful. And I said that’s no ground to refuse my service I asked her to wash her hands after standing there for 10 mins watching her touch everything. Then the cooks starts threatening to throw me out the store If I didn’t leave and that he was gonna call the police on me. And it’s so crazy how everytime I go to that location is some type of problem regardless of how you feel about my skin color. We have been using this Burger King since we moved in the area about a year ago. Have always had a good experience until today. We had gone through the drive thru about a week ago and our food was old and dry. I called the store and the manager Aaron was very kind and offered to have us come back to get two new meals. He took down my name and said just stop by whenever to get my order. Today I went through the drive thru and the manager Katrina was working, she was extremely rude told me I needed to come inside. Because of this location to leave the drive thru and go inside you have to cross Pecos and then cross it again. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I also wanted to pay for kids meals for my children but before I could place that order she cut me off. I asked to place more on my order as a paying customer and shouldn't even have done that since that order was also incorrect. They refused to provide me a receipt as well. I have worked in fast food and many restaurants and retail places and know that customer service is what makes or breaks a business. I know the owner of the company I work for would be extremely frustrated to hear that he lost a costumer due to a rude and unprofessional manager that is responsible for running the business while he cannot be there. The worst Burger King in America need to shut it down an cooperate needs to put there attention on this place ASAP before someone’s seriously hurt ……. I walked in an before me order was a couple of customers some dirty just getting off hands dirty normal customers stuff tho but they orders where took the cashier when to make fries and make peoples orders WITH NO GLOVES after touching dirty money so while he’s doing that the fat Mexican lady that was in the drive through handling dirt money touching hands rubbing her shirt an other unsanitary thing comes an takes my order I order 2 different orders one with chicken fries ok she leaves an starts making. My orders she grabs the chicken pan an counts out each one with her hands no gloves then puts all the fries an onion ring that was on the counter top back all in the fries yes my fries were mix an give me my order I tell her I seen u just grab my chicken fries with your hand can u remake them she get mad an disrespectful but did it real nasty Mexican staff running the place but so I make it home an eat the things except the chicken fries because they were soggy and where like the where microwave or something so I left them alone but about 3 hrs later my stomach is having Sharp pains an I have diarrhea feeling a lil better hrs later but #DONT EAT HERE ...
