Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Westminster

Didn't have any problems until 3 online orders ago when I ordered ranch and did not receive it. Called the store and the lady said it would automatically be free on my next online order. I just had to make sure to add a ranch dipping cup, which sounded ridiculous but I just went with it optimisticly since I never had any problems before. So next order I added it and of course it charged me so I removed it and called the store back immediately after ordering online to try and get my ranch. I spoke to some guy who had to of been on drugs cause it took him 10 min just to figure out what I was talking about. He said he thought I wanted free food. So then he said, oh ranch yeah no problem. Driver doesn't bring it again and his reason was it's busy tonight. So my third order or should I say attempt, I added on the drivers note that I would like my ranch that I didn't get my last 2 orders. Of course that didn't work but the manager called me back and said, "we don't just give away ranch for free you have to order it." Unbelievable how inept these people are at their job or how to run a business. We're talking ranch, how hard is that? Don't even get me started on the pizza either. Half of it was air pockets, one the size of 2 slices and barely any sauce. The Brighton location had bad customer service too but this place takes the cake for worst Domino's Pizza I've ever had. Staff here denied the restroom to my physically challenged 6 yo, who peed himself while waiting for the pizza. They said that they did not have a restroom, and then said that it was only for employees. They preferred my challenges kid to per himself. Great job!

This is a violation to the 2022 Colorado Code Title 25 - Public Health and Environment Article 41 - Restroom Access Act § 25-41-101. Restroom Access - Retail Establishments - Liability - Penalty - Short Title - Definitions, since:

A retail establishment that has a toilet facility for its employees shall allow a customer to use the toilet facility during normal business hours if the toilet facility is reasonably safe and all of the following conditions are met: The customer requesting the use of the employee toilet facility suffers from an eligible medical condition or utilizes an ostomy device and offers a physician's note indicating the eligible medical condition or device; Three or more employees of the retail establishment are working at the time the customer requests use of the employee toilet facility; The employee toilet facility is not located in an area where providing access would create an obvious health or safety risk to the customer or an obvious security risk to the retail establishment; and A public restroom is not immediately accessible to the customer.

If i could give a worse review I would. Their tracker showed delivered and we didn't get the order. My wife called to confirm the information the tracker was correct. The individual who answered flat out lied to her saying they didn't have an order for our address. When we confirmed the order number and the store location they changed their tune, until they thought my wife had hung up and then the obscenities came out; as my wife tried to get their attention, they realized they failed to hang up the phone. After hearing what they called my wife, i decided that the manager Henry (according to the website) need to called. They teenager who answered the phone refused to talk to me, stating that I my attitude was "disgusting". he hung up on me. I am sure that the phone logs will show that the only thing I asked was when "Henry will call me back" but since he didn't have an answer he called me "disgusting". I hope whoever answered the phone every time I called (and then hung up) their parents are proud of the person they raised. Please don't ever let them be accountable for anything, If they can't handle a pizza, how can they handle actual responsibility.
