I am so so upset with my last visit. I ordered a bag online it came in with a large scratch on it. I called this outlet the next day and asked if I can exchange it out for the same bag since this one was damaged they told me yes and bring it in. I came in this weekend saying I have an exchange I want the same bag, a different worker grabbed me a new bag while what I thought the person helping me was working on the exchange but instead of him just exchanging it he fully refunded the bag which I didn’t know until I was walking away and they stopped me. They told me I would have to pay the money up front for the newer bag I wanted since he did a refund instead of anexchange and I told them I did it through paypal since they offer payment plans, it’s hard these days but I wanted to treat myself to something nice so hence why I chose to do PayPal payments. And they just told me I don’t know what we can do or what you want us to do, they said they would talk with the person who did the refund but they didn’t know what he did or if he understood what I wanted so I just handed the bag back and walked out . This is probably my worst experience at coach and it sucks I’ve had bags from them since I was 14 and loved them since but this just made me upset. Everyone was soooo helpful 😒 My bag was purchased in Las Vegas unfortunately it got ruined && when I say ruined I mean someone literally tore it ....and when I went in to see what could be done they were more than understanding It was the new city tote bag with the roses on it and apparently those were like sold out pretty quick and we're not getting shipped in as soon as they thought they were gonna be or whatever .... They literally had somebody stop with everybody and go to the back and start opening boxes to see if they could find that specific bag in there unfortunately we didn't have no luck and one had to be ordered and something messed up with the order but I got a call today and they told me that a check was gonna be sent back to me as a refund and I am more than happy with everything that they helped me with over there I just wanted to thank everyone...

I went in there in a little bit of a rush ⏳ and Braedon was kind enough to walk🚶‍♂️ with me and discuss options. We got different sizes gathered and then walked around some more to ensure I made up my mind 🙄. We do know buying purses is a difficult task 🤣. He listened to my concerns and interests and made AWESOME recommendations for me 💯 I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. The store was conveniently located by I-25 so getting on the highway was a breeze. The store was tidy and organized. The staff was so NICE 😁and very personal with each customer who walked in 👋. I will definitely return for my fall 🍂 bag. Great service and beautiful store! P.S they have a signed posted at the register about Military discounts. I'm glad I was reminded to use it there 🇺🇸!...
