Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westminster

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Carroll County please stir your drinks and the bosses / owners please stop teaching your employees to shake shake drinks as if that’s going to help the drink get mixed properly and actually teach them how to use a spoon to stir the drinks that are supposed to be stirred people are tired of paying high prices for drinks to swallow globs of syrup and sugar because u don’t stir the drinks properly maybe if u actually took time to slow down 30 seconds the drinks could be made properly. I will not return to this location as it’s the same thing drinks not stirred and when u order door dash they never send the pumpkin spice latte without whip cream and cinnamon on top but yet customers are charged for it. Here is an example of what my drink looked like and had I not called my door dash driving it would have not come with any whip cream or cinnamon. Like do better Dunkin because people have no problem returning if your giving your customers good service with good drinks made properly but unfortunately I am one of those people that is sick and tired of wasting my money on poorly made drinks and getting a mouth full of syrup and sugar due to my drinks never being made correctly by stirring with a spoon or not having the topping that are supposed to be on...

Drive thru fairly fast, but on a dark foggy morning with neither menu board illuminated, was hard to see anything to order. After fumbling through my order, I explained that I had a coupon, and I was told to give it to the person at the window.... Uhhh.... Yeah.... Not giving it to the disembodied voice talking to me... Waited for a total, and finallly asked for one. Was told to pull forward and the attendant would give it to me. Polite gentleman took my card and coupon, handed me my drinks and food. Pulled out and thought to check my bag... Of course it's wrong. I was missing two donuts. Pulled back around to park and walk in, and realized I was never given a receipt. So I gotta be THAT guy. Explained to the lady at the counter what happened. She was polite and helpful enough. Got my donuts and came home. Opened my bag while telling my husband my ordeal... I was given the wrong donuts!! This Dunkin’ Donuts forgot half of my order this morning in my bag! I didn’t realize it until my daughter and I were already well down the road. They also failed to put napkins in the bag, I mean, why would you need a napkin? You’re only eating a sticky, frosted doughnut I can’t imagine why you might need a napkin. Lol When I called to let them know that they forgot half my order in the bag and I told them they need to check before they hand the back to the customer and they drive away. They hung up on me. That was their customer service solution this morning while I was taking my daughter to school at Gerstell.!
