All Management including District and Directors need to be educated to educate and lead employees at least in this instance this morning. As human beings you should've listened to my concerns right away today after being improperly charged, and not disregarding what my concerns were without checking everything first, and to have me stop asking about it and just offering me free donuts or a sandwich next time. I was not looking to get free food out of you. I wanted to treat my son to a breakfast and drink at a place he looks forward to coming to . If you have signs posted of deals that have no expiration date , you need to honor that and not just rip the sign off after someone has asked about it or has paid thinking that's what they got and tell customers , " Prices have went up since then." and let it go, Because it's false advertising. Also to argue that the price is more because I added milk substitutions or an upgrade on the Value meal without listening to me say , I know it's more , the special that was up said it was $1.00 more under options and I knew that and was fine adding it on and paying for the option but I was charged for full price not the Value meal offer option special. I too have been a Manager and worked in food and I don't think it was a good call to tell me you have no buttons for the specials or upgrades, First it's unprofessional and second odd you do not and that needs to be adjusted or figured out for future specials .This was by far an extremely unprofessional management team and District/Director of operations today. Then when we got to the window she gave us a hot coffee. So we said we had ordered iced cappuccino, and she said we donāt have iced cappuccinos right now (she didnāt say that when we ordered). And she asked if we wanted iced cold brew instead, so Im thinking how do they have iced cold brew and not cappuccino lol. Anyway, you would think she got confused and heard hot cappuccino so she gave me a hot cappuccino BUT IT WASNT THAT, she was giving me someone elseās order because what she gave me was a a midnight coffee instead, not even a hot cappuccino.
