Fuzzy's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Westminster

So let me just say the adult beverages were worth the price!. Bravo on the margs super yummy!. The food was ok but maybe I haven't tried enough of the menu. So today was our first time to any fuzzys and we were confused on the self seating and service. Our kids chicken sticks we ordered, we had to track down an expo staff member 10 minutes after we picked up our tacos (which we inhaled) and the chicken sticks were covered in grease and salty. NP! we will find a different item for the kids next time. And honestly the only reason for three stars is that customer service needs some work. When people walk in, especially when slow its not hard to inform people that its a self seating restaurant and you can order from the line when ready and also explain how to pick up food and beverages when people pay. There is a sign that says (re-order drinks here) at the bar. I sat and waited at the bar for 5 minutes watching people who walked in and stood in line after I was waiting being helped prior to myself being served. No biggie! I stood in line to get round two for drinks. Love the concept though. And next time we are trying the burritos and quesadillas. Patental is here they just need to focus on helping the customer in there unique style of fast food/casual dining experience....

Love the food, and the atmosphere is good. BUT the service at this location typically leaves a lot to be desired. All the other locations around town have good service. I'm not sure why this location is so consistently bad?

This is an addition to my previous comments. While the food remains okay at this location. The customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. There is often no help to take your order, leading to waits several minutes long. Food is painfully slow to be served often times. And far more times than I care to remember, I've seen the staff standing around talking in the back around the kitchen rather than attending customer service. Avoid this location at all costs. Other locations are great with great food, atmosphere, and service. This place is, and always has been, a nightmare. I won't be returning anymore to give them my hard earned money in exchange for the worst of service.

Updated: September 2023. It's been a while since we've been to this location. Due to our schedule, we dropped in again. You got to give them credit. They are consistent. The service is awful. Food sits at the kitchen forever before it's delivered (or a frusted costumer gets it themself). This...

Where to begin...... We decided to go here for my moms Mothers Day lunch and lets just say none of us will be back. I went up to the bar area to order a drink, which I continued to stand there for at least 4 min. Then the bartender girl looked at me and turned her back and continued to text on her cell phone. At this point now 6 min standing there waiting... She then proceeds to another couple who had full drinks and began a conversation with them, well wouldn't you know it they were friends! SO SCREW the customer who is still waiting now 9 min just to be greeted.(also I had maybe 4-6 other employees walk right past me multiple times and not one offered any help or acknowledge I was standing there trying to get help.) Overall I waited over 14 min to be served yes 14 min! When the bartender girls comes over to me to greet me she says "so whats up?!" Not friendly at all. Finally I got a drink. The entire staff was in non professional clothing (Sweats) and tanks. We had 10 people at this lunch and none of us were happy about our visit. We wont be back.
