Fresh food, understaffed, polite young men that worked there, the area needed servicing but they were understaffed so there's that.

I saw somebody be a real jerk individual about her order not being timely with the other and there was some confusion in the order so they ended up getting two orders and she never even gave it back and said sorry.

People, that there are people behind the counter serving you you should even take consideration that folks are even working hard to help you out and not be a pig.

I'm sorry but this is just not suitable for Americans to treat Americans This Way. Nobody should carry a sense of entitlement especially when the entire front range and the nation at large is a bit shorthanded.

If you're mad because you didn't get your food out in the exact time it needed to come out you be mad at somebody that didn't show up to work that day instead of the guy that did and working his butt off without a break.

Outside of that I would definitely come back to this place and surely appreciatee his demeanor and how he handled it the situation.

Thank you for having solid people like this shorthanded or not it doesn't matter. They did their job to the best of their ability.

By the way my order was confused and behind and we treated him with respect. It wasn't his fault, they just had confusion.

People, Jesus fast for 40 days. Moses fast for 40 days and then went back to another fast for 40 more days because the people were not doing what the Lord had of them to do.

You can't wait a stinking five extra minutes for your food maybe you should stay home and make your own food and leave these poor people alone.

Sorry for the micro rant. I just don't like seeing people that are hard-working get berated because they're wearing a hat on their head that says fast food.

Normally, I really enjoy going here, however, today (Arrived Wednesday 2-19-25 at 12:54, and we left at 1:25 P.M) and whoever was at the speaker at this time was absolutely the rudest person I met in quite a while. They were complaining about every little change we made to our order. It was simple. Some chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and fries. Well, when we went up there, we were told to wait in the parking lot near the front, which was fine, however, it led to a miserable wait. About 10 minutes of waiting, my mum went inside just to ask if they are still working on our order, and they responded with yes. My mum came out to let us know, and some people that ordered after us started going in and coming out yelling as well. Clearly, they had similar issues. Well, we get our food after a full 30 minutes of waiting, shown by the amount of time our GPS in our phones said. We get back home, and my brother took a bite in his chicken, and it was fish. Also, the fries were definetly out for a very long time (probably made before or right after we ordered), and we live 4 minutes away. They did not get that hard and cold in 4 to even around 11 minutes. The potatoes were ok, but very tasteless. Overall, LJS is very good at a full chain, and if you are looking to eat at one, I recommend it, however, These events hit so hard we are not eating at this one for a while until we have the mental capacity to eat at...

The food was excellent as usual why isn't the restaurant open proceeding we came all the way from the other side of town to sit down and eat very disappointed in that then there was a major issue with my bill they charged me $45 for chicken dinner my daughter ordered the $25 one and they put it back on my card I don't know if it's that has shown up yet but that was very disappointed and we were right at the window and I didn't want to take the order back and redo it correctly so the manager did intervene what's the issue he didn't want to do it as well when it was their error has so and it was very disappointed I'm thinking that the clerk was very young and I'm experienced and was not listening to the orders correctly then they wanted to charge me another $17 for the two fish orders that I put on and we refused to pay for that because we didn't order the 4 5 dollar chicken I will sweetie solve. See if my money shows up on my card for the refund $20 I don't know what happened to all the Long John Silver's all over Colorado but it would be very nice if they would reconsider and open up more stores here people love your fish if it's good and fresh I wish they would reconsider again I will say that and put more...
