Rocky Fin Poke & Ramen — Restaurant in Westminster

WARNING DO NOT ORDER HERE!! The price was 28.38 from this location and I accidentally made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location since the website was incredibly misleading..I called customer service immediately (based off my pictures) before I got my food from the other location and when I was talking to the representative they did not mention a 60% fee because "apparently" they made the food within the 3 minutes it took for me to realize my mistake.(A common human error never been charged before for mistakes like this ) I ordered from another location closer to me. I got my food at the desired location but then after playing telephone with the other store l was notified that I will not be getting a refund at all. Not even 60% because the food was already "made" and there was no manager on duty OR available to talk to. Now I am supposed to pay the 28.38 plus the extra 15 at the other restaurant. The totals are different because of lack of menu items between restaurants so I couldn't even get the Thai tea I ordered or my Mochi because the one closer to me does not offer that AND I WILL GET NO MONEY BACK FOR THE 3 MINUTE MISTAKE . So now I am supposed to pay for things I did not order and they basically do not care. Why would I waste my gas to go to another location 20 minutes away when I can get it 5 minuteS away? I will be pausing all business from these restaurants until there is compensation AND may never order again if this mistake is not fixed. POOR management and TERRIBLE service from the 120th location. Absolutely do not recommend 0/10 FOUL! I will never recommend this restaurant to ANY friends or family.WARNING DO NOT ORDER...

The food is great here.....and would be even better if they could get orders right and follow directions. We've ordered here on multiple occasions and each time there is always something missing, or something wrong with the order. This time, two of the sauces we asked for weren't included and one of the bowls was half lettuce when it was supposed to be all rice. It doesn't seem that it should be this hard to follow an online order. This review isn't as much about the food - the food is good (which is the only reason we keep trying it again) - It's more about the inability to get an order right, which is frustrating when you're looking forward to good food. So give it a try, just make sure to double check your order, and maybe don't do online...

In my opinion, the best poke/Ramen place in the Denver area! Great staff, great food and great atmosphere. It seems a bit sketch at first being on a corner of a small shopping center but as soon as you walk through the doors your greeted with a beautiful pikachu mural and pokemon all over the walls. I'm a huge fan and I feel it's a great atmosphere to enjoy poke. The menu is simple and the food options were diverse. The quality and quantity was great and the place felt clean aswell. I hope to come here more often just to eat and play a little pokemon go. I really liked this place and think...
