Taco Bell — Restaurant in Westminster

Update: 05/05 - I visited again today and for the third time I had a bad experience. I pulled up and asked for Fiesta Potatoes to which the guy replied “We’re out of potatoes” and then I asked for “Cheese bean and rice burrito” to which he said “we’re out of nacho cheese”. Excuse me? 99% of TB recipes have nacho cheese in it, what do you guys have then? Also, this is the same guy who asked me “is what I’m hearing going through your ears?” last time.

Previous Experiences ————————— The last two times I’ve visited this location, the employees have been rude and unhelpful. First time, I ordered online and got an email saying “come to drive thru” and when I did, they said “we don’t have an online order for you. You can reorder and repay now or leave.” I had to dispute the charge on my card for that order. Second time, I said I’ll refrain from ordering online and go in person since they messed up last time. I got there and the guy says “We’re closed dude, the time changed a few days ago. Google it.” I looked at him in confusion and “Are you hearing me? Is what I’m saying going through your ears?” He says and then closes the window. Terrible experiences, terrible staff. Not returning to this...

On May 28th we went to Taco Bell in Westminster MD. We are vegetarian. We ordered Nacho fries and Combo9 (Mexican Pizza and 2 crunchy taco supreme) with Beans (instead of Beef) and requested them not to cut the Mexican Pizza. When we received our order it was all BEEF! When we returned it the store manager, Dustin, came to the register to help us. Did not talk to me properly, was not at all apologetic, yelled from the cash register "guys you made vegetarian order with beef" told us food will be out and walked away. After waiting for several minutes when we checked they had forgotten to remake our order! When we finally got the order, it was soft tacos instead of crunchy taco supreme! So we had to take the order back and Dustin was extremely rude to us. Also the Mexican Pizza was cut and when we asked him he said we did not tell him anything about that! Did he even wait a second to talk to us!!! Also what happened about him ordering soft tacos when the combo clearly states crunch taco supreme!!! Even after we called him he did not come back! The quality of the food was poor the beans were extremely dry and there was literally small blob of sour cream in the center...

I use to get good food and service here but today omg it was the worst drive all the way home look in the bag and the order was wrong I hate soft tacos and guess what I got 12 soft tacos. And none of the rest of my order. I didn't feel like driving all the way back. And they were so soggy had to eat with fork. I tried to call them 25 times and they didn't answer the phone.. I am so up set you know when you craving for something and get home and it's so bad it making me so mad 😡 and they charged for the whole order 32.00 I didn't get!!! Maybe I'm glad they didn't answer I might of said something I would regret later.i wanted to come back and change my review when I got hold of someone they were so nice and the phone was not working and they're very apologized for everything that was wrong with my order and said I can come back and pickup my right order at no cost due to all the issues I had. The manager was very sweet and apologized again they were very busy but she said that should of never happen. Thanks Taco Bell we still love your food. 😋 I couldn't get the stars ⭐ I gave...
