We made a reservation because we came with a disabled lady and it was only supposed to be for a few minutes. We arrived and they told us it would be another Fifteen minutes on top of it took them twenty minutes to even come and check on us. Then they stuck my disabled land who had a stroke and has a heart monitor outside in the walk area instead of letting her sit in chairs in the. Dining room area that were right next to the hostess. Then when we try to address our concerns to the manager Josh he blew us off told us he had other things to do when he was trying to catch. Up and then all kinds of excuses. I told him what his hostess lady did to my aunt and she came out and tried to explain and try to give an explanation on why she put. My aunt out in as conditions.. Do not eat at this place. It is a horrible place. They do not take care of you when making reservations and if you disabled God help you because they would rather stick you outside in the front entrance then help. You.Or take care of you. If I could give them a negative it would be a negative 1000 for the Mother's Day experience that we had.We will tell everyone we know about the bad experience we had and never to go there. We were trying this place out to bearing clients and stuff we will never ever come back to this place. I highly recommend that if you are a disabled person or you. And your family make reservations to make sure that the manager Josh and Luke Or Sheila are working because they are worthless they do not seem to help the customer and all they are not good at their jobs. They have poor customer service skills. They lack the empathy for disabled people and stick them out in cold areas. And then try to justify what they...
Read moreI ordered a marg and my boyfriend ordered a beer we a good 10-15 minutes for it and I was finally able to catch the waiter to ask him where our drinks were and he said they were getting the lime juice. I then said can we just get 2 beers right away. They then brought our beers and never ended up bringing my drink so they took it off the tab at the end. I got my food and it was just chicken with some kale and tomato slices. The chicken was dry and flavorless. I also orded asparagus and that was really good. So I ended up mixing it all together and making a salad out of it. My boyfriend got a burger and his looked good and he is really enjoyed his food. My boyfriend told me he felt bad because he knew my food wasn't good. I'm glad his food was good though.
Up date....They were nice enough to send me some cards for 30.00 off my next meal and took the time to talk with me on the phone and hand write the card.
We went back and my boyfriend got the prime rib and he loved it. I got a house made veggie burger. I ordered off menu and got a lettuce wrap for it insted of a bun and they were able to accommodate that. The patty seemed to be made up of mostly brown rice. It was alright but it was nice they had that option.
In all not my kind of place but my boyfriend will be going back for the meat. I am glad they stepped up and took the time to acknowledge the problem and worked to correct it. The second experience was a lot better. The waiter did a good job and was friendly. 4...
Read moreSmaller portion, big price, and amazing atmosphere, service, & food.
The food is just incredible. The half sours at the beginning are unique and enjoyable, and apparently bottomless because we finished our bowl and got another one without even asking. The jalapenos are a game of Russian Roulette where some have a decent Tex Mex burn, some are completely heatless, and some feel like a donkey just kicked you in the face. I like the green and hot a little more than the knife and fork. Both burgers were bison. The sweet potato side was incredible with the ball of whipped butter covered in sugar and cinnamon. The roasted parmesan broccoli was very good for really any broccoli that's not bathing in melted Velveeta, but definitely not as good as the sweet-potato.
Service is on par with a banquet service, and the atmosphere feels like a scaled-down Western Ranch House, something like Uncle Buck's but less showy and more professional.
I will start and end with the portion size. The burgers are far smaller than you will see at the majority of restaurants, however they are still more than an actual meal's worth. So, where at some places $15 will get me a burger that should be two to three meals, over here I will have $18 for a single-meal burger. It is more expensive than most burger places I've visited, and it is worth it.
Edit: I realize this is not a burger place per se, but after we landed we were in the mood for burgers so that is what I searched for and...
