If I have to rate the food I'll give it a 5 because it is good and the empanadas are great, but the service is super super bad, I usually don't do this but i believe that the Owner should be reading this reviews. I fell the way they take order is a mess. I went 3 times, the first one the person that took my order was super rude because I didn't know that I had to do the line to buy sweets ( due to the disaster they have ) so I think that she could have been more polite and explain the way they work instead of telling me " YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO READ THE SIGN ", to be honest the second time I didn't have any issues at all actually the lady was very nice, now the 3rd time which was this Sunday 4/3/2016 I was standing there at the line waiting for them to call me and then this guy calls my wife and when we get there and started to look at the empanadas he disappear so stand there like for 5 more minutes when this guy came to us and call us to the register so my wife started ordering her food " 2 chicken emapanadas 1 cafe con leche and 1 orange juice " after that I tell the guy " and i want 1 three cheese empanada ..." and he cut me off and whit his arrogant and frustrated face and voice he tells me give the total of the empanadas and blah blah blah..... I ask the guy for the total order and I knew he was the manager so I ask him can I speak to the manager and when he told me that he was the manager... I told that the service there was garbage and even worst because it was coming from the manager.... listen guy you might be reading this review because as a manager should be reading this to know exactly how your store is doing and see how your employees are doing but in your case you should see that this is not the first bad review receive mentioning the MANAGER.... if you treat customers like that let me tell you my friend that i really feel bad for your employees ... at the beginning I thought that maybe he was one of the owners but I doubt that an owner will treat customers like that. The Super MANAGER is from Brasil or Portugal ( I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST BRAZILIAN OR PORTUGUESE PEOPLE, growing up in Weston since 1995 I do have a lot of Brazilian people ... just want to clarify because you know that there is always that someone that have mix feelings) One by one you'll start loosing customer unless the owner realized what is going on..... the food can be amazing and unique but if me and my family is going to get bad and rude service I'll rather go to IHOP and I assure you that I'll get...
Read moreA Pleasant Surprise. Congrats.
I have been going to this restaurant ever since I moved to Weston, and it has always been a delightful experience. The ambiance is incredibly pleasant, providing a welcoming atmosphere. However, something happened last week that I believe is worth sharing.
On Saturday, I accidentally left my wallet at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't even realize it at the time. It wasn't until Tuesday, after numerous frustrated attempts to locate it, that I remembered having last seen my wallet there. As a last resort, I decided to visit the restaurant and inquire about it.
To my astonishment, when I asked about my wallet, the staff informed me that they had found it and kept it safe. Not only was it intact, but it also had a relatively substantial amount of money inside. I was sincerely grateful and pleasantly surprised by their honesty and integrity.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation and extend my congratulations to the entire team of employees at the restaurant. I would especially like to acknowledge the manager who assisted me (unfortunately, I cannot recall her name). Her professionalism and helpfulness were exceptional.
Finding my wallet untouched with all its contents intact, including the significant amount of money, was truly unexpected. It is a testament to the restaurant's commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining the trust of its customers.
Once again, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire staff, and particularly to the manager who handled my situation with such care and attentiveness. I am genuinely thankful for their honesty, and this incident has only reinforced my loyalty to the restaurant.

Read moreI don't like leaving this kind of review, but the truth is it was disappointing. The place was quite full, but I managed to get a table. The spaces between tables are so small that every person who walked by bumped into our table. But that’s not the reason for this review.
The food was honestly disappointing. Graziano's is a restaurant that specializes in Argentine cuisine, known for its quality and traditional Argentine cuts of meat. I knew it would be busy, but I was looking forward to enjoying an Argentine parrillada.
When they brought the parrillada, I noticed that the heater underneath wasn't hot—it was only used as a serving tray. The chorizo and morcilla were okay, nothing spectacular, but they had decent flavor. I ordered the meat medium, and not only was it almost cold, it was rare. The chinchulines and mollejas were cold, rubbery, and white in color. I kindly asked if they could please cook everything a bit more, as everything was almost cold. They brought it back 5 minutes later. The meat was slightly improved but still quite tough. The ribs were basically inedible. And the chinchulines and mollejas were honestly a disgrace.
The waiter passed by, asked if he could take the plates, saw everything was still there, didn’t say a word, and just took everything away. Since you pay when you order, we simply left. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place—at least not for dining in. Some of the products might be worth it for takeout, but they definitely lost a customer.
I didn’t even mention that I ordered two empanadas and they were half-cooked, falling apart from how pale they were. The only truly good thing was the can of Coca-Cola, which was nice and cold.
I know meat—and this was...
