I can't express this enough but Lucciano's is hands down my favorite gelato spot in town. We stopped here for the first time about a year ago. We were walking around and stumbled upon Lucciano's after having dinner around the corner at Yum Korea. Lucciano's is located in Weston Town Park, next to Graziano's.
The space here is very modern and cool. You can't miss the neon signs. When you walk in, you'll notice a cute pig sitting on a bench in front Lucciano's. The pig is like their mascot. It's a cute photo opp with your gelato.
They offer an abundance of gelato flavors and also popsicles as well. They also have specialty desserts, such as coffee shakes and such.
The pistacchio gelato is hands-down my favorite flavor! The first time I had it, I was in heaven. The flavor was on point. The texture was smooth, creamy and a firm gelato. Absolute perfection, I've sampled a few of the other flavors, but I always come back to pistacchio.
I've been to the location in Sawgrass Mills too. That was a disappointing experience. Their gelato was too soft and not good. When I mentioned something about it, they said "that is what the texture is supposed to be like". Too soft and not firm whatsoever. It was like eating a melted down ice cream. Dude!!! The staff was a bit rude and not willing to help or accommodate whatsoever. They really turned me off. Needless to say, the Weston location is go to spot for gelato!
My kids, love it here. They've had different flavors, ranging from lemon pie, chocolate mint, dulce de leche, and passion fruit. Some are slightly too switch for my liking. All good. I will always have pistacchio!!!
This is bougie gelato peeps. The pricing is a bit high at $6.99 for a small cup of gelato. But honestly, it is...
Read morefirst time here and had a horrible experience. i used to work at an ice cream store, so i’m used to rushes and how to handle costumers when it’s busy. clearly these workers don’t. at the time my sister and i came in the store, it was not that packed, we were very patient and nice to them, so we did not deserve any of the attitude we received. we asked the guy if we can have a free sample, and he said wait for the other guy, so we did. the other guy was attending 2 other girls and we waited patiently with no complaints. the same guy who told us to wait came back and started giving us attitude for no reason and told us we have to order first and i told him “we don’t even know what to order”, he ended up rolling his eyes and saying ok and left. as someone who used to work in customer service and an ice cream store, they should be able to help the customers with their first experience to make it a great one, especially if they don’t know what to order. that guy had poor customer service and obviously looked like he didn’t want to work there or can handle a rush. if that’s the case, he needs to analyze himself and seek another job if he can’t handle simply scooping ice cream. at my old job, i had to make the ice cream from scratch, so what he’s doing should be no stress at all. we ended up leaving the store because it was ridiculous the amount of attitude we got when we did nothing to...
Read moreMe and my family has been in this place a couple of times, the ice cream is amazing but yesterday night the customer service was terrible! Two of the employees were not nice at all either with me or any other client that was near us. The portion of the ice cream was really small compared to what I’ve had past times, and the presentation of the cones my dad and husband ate were not appealing at all. The place was beyond dirty and the same person that cleans serves ice creams right away. Every time we go we notice the floor is not clean, and it looks like it only gets clean once a day, but this time I have no words. This is a really cute place and I feel that if there was more staff or a supervisor to keep it clean it would give the customers a great experience instead of a horrible one. We couldn’t even used a table because they...
