Extremely pleasant experience. I had only heard about COBS from someone at work. Was in the neighborhood and thought I’d stop by to grab some treats for my son’s teachers. Derek was knowledgeable, super helpful, generous and definitely proved customer service is not dead! So many businesses/employees do not take the time and care to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable but I felt nothing but warmth and positive vibes here. Will 100% be...

The sizes of the loaves of bread especially the apricot bread are noticeably smaller than when COBS first opened in Westport! I also weighed loaves of bread to determine if perhaps only the sizes are different - unfortunately the sizes and net weight are less. Not great to be charging the same prices for smaller, less weight breads! Time to go back to...
