So I ordered for the first time ever I was looking for a healthy option and this seemed ok went to order and they said they were out of a main ingredient which was spicy broccoli ok cool no problem went to sub for sweet potatoes and they charged me for the extra sweet potatoes and didn’t realize until after plus they forgot the sweet potatoes anyways so I was home with the food and tried to call they don’t have a answering service they have a support chat that’s only open certain times well of course I had to wait until the next day so I just contacted them to by the way such a horrible customer service and the chat is horrendous takes forever to answer they really do not care about customers and just about your money anyways I spoke with them and they said I was charged for the extra sweet potatoes even though they didn’t give me broccoli because the sweet potatoes were a “premium item” even though it said no where it was but whatever companies like this would charge you for the air your breathing while your ordering in their store if they could so whatever but then I bring up that they forgot the extra sweet potatoes all together and they said they were going to be able to do anything because I ordered though a third party company I’m sorry did my money not go into your bank account did your business not make my order I doubt the driver from DoorDash went in the back and prepared my food and forgot the “premium item” no you did but just like a shady company to push blame and try to get out of whatever but sure they don’t forget to charge you for every grain of rice and salt on that plate don’t be a fool and go somewhere they actually care about you and treat you with respect this company doesn’t even have enough respect for you to speak to you directly they have a auto chat with a robot talking for them it’s garbage just like there business practices save your money cook something healthy at home or find one of the other thousands of other healthy options out there these people don’t care about you...

I recently visited Sweetgreen in Westport, and I was absolutely blown away by my experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help with menu recommendations.

The variety of fresh, organic ingredients is impressive! I created a custom salad with kale, roasted chicken, quinoa, and a delightful lemon-tahini dressing that was bursting with flavor. Every bite was fresh and vibrant, making it clear that quality is a top priority here. My personal favorite is the garlic steak salad.

The ambiance is perfect for a casual lunch or a quick dinner, and I loved the option to order ahead for pickup. Plus, the sustainability aspect of their sourcing really resonates with me.

I am probably the biggest fan of sweetgreen you could ever meet. I love it so much and I get it at least once a week. But this experience has made me want to never eat here again. I ordered a bowl on Uber Eats, and when it arrived, the bread and the DRESSING was missing. This was so disappointing. I love Sweetgreen so much and I recommend it to everyone. If it were just a topping that they left out it would be disappointing but not enough to make me so upset (in fact, last time I ordered from this location they did forget the tortilla chips on my Chicken Avocado Ranch bowl). But the dressing is literally the most irreplaceable part of the salad. This was so heartbreaking and I regret ever singing the praises of this...
