You might as well call it "HealthIdontcare"! Probably the worst customer service in the Planet! Please don't use CVS. Not anywhere, especially the Westport location at Compo Plaza. Slow, inefficient, incompetent, rude, unorganized and absolute the meanest and most inconsiderate employees on the planet!!!! Please use Walgreens, Stop & Shop, Unity or any other pharmacy but not CVS. I called the pharmacy and was put on hold for TWENTY EIGHT MINUTES. After 28 minutes a dingbat answered the phone and said, "CVS pharmacy can you hold for a minute please?". She never came back to the phone. With a furious rage I drove to the pharmacy and left my cell on with the call still on hold. I arrived at CVS and screamed for a person in charge. Cursing and screaming I expressed my frustrations and all I got was laughter in my face by all the employees behind the counter. When someone calls a pharmacy its because they are sick, ill or in pain. To wait almost a half hour and then put on hold only to be forgotten about is a good reason not to patronize or even think about spending a penny at CVS. I called corporate headquarters and you will not believe what happened. I was put on hold and no representative even bothered to pick up the phone!!!!! Aetna bought CVS so lots of people must use CVS because its s preferred pharmacy. Me, personally, if they were the only pharmacy on earth I rather...
Read moreDuring my visit, I intended to purchase a single item but decided to browse the store, as I had never been in that location before. While shopping, I came across a perfume I liked that was secured behind a glass display case. I approached a staff member to unlock the case, and she retrieved the item for me.
However, what followed left me feeling highly embarrassed and uncomfortable. Instead of handing me the perfume to add to my basket or carry to the checkout, the staff member took the item to the front of the store herself, scanned it at the register, and waited while I completed my transaction. She remained present to observe me as I scanned the rest of my items, which felt unnecessary and invasive.
While speaking to my sister on the phone, I expressed how embarrassed I felt by this treatment. After completing my purchase, I approached the service desk to inquire about the protocol for handling items secured in glass cases. Another staff member informed me that it was at the discretion of the individual employee whether to scan the item for the customer since there has been a lot of theft lately . This response was surprising and disappointing, as it felt inconsistent and left room for subjective treatment of customers. I was...
Read moreI was at the Westport CVS today & an argument started between a man who "bumped" into a woman with her 2 little girls. A vile verbal exchange began. He said things no child should have to hear, especially being said to their mom.
He finally left when she called 911. She got through, but because the store had no reception, she was struggling to tell them why she was calling.
No employee offered to call the cops. No employee came to her defense, even to just get her & the kids to a safe spot. The manager never even came out & he was definitely there & had ample time to address the situation.
I tried to find the guy so when the police came I could point him out because nobody from the store was doing anything.
He was an ahole, but what bothers me the most is not 1 person in this busy store intervened. I can't believe the only person to try was a 62 yr old disabled woman, me.
There's no reason the store couldn't have called the police considering they're well aware there's no cell reception.
I will never feel safe in this store again. I'll get my scripts mailed thank you. If you can't or don't want to protect your most vulnerable customers you...
