My family gets breakfast here multiple times a week, the last time we put in a mobile order we had $10 worth of hash browns and when we got home we saw that all of the hash browns were missing from the order. Today I come in to put an order, and they ask to charge for a side of breakfast sauce which I’ve never seen before. They then hand me my order and when I check half of it is missing - my sausage burrito isn’t even in the bag. Employees appear to be messing around and not paying attention to what they’re doing. I would give them some credit if it were busy but the McDonald’s was empty and clearly not busy at all (it’s Easter Sunday). If you’re going to charge me for a side of breakfast sauce and then forget half my order (again) then this is upsetting especially when it’s not busy at all. This is ridiculous and I will no longer be coming to this McDonald’s because of the repeated occasions in which they keep forgetting items I ordered. I’m losing money coming here! But if I ask for a side of a sauce then they don’t forget...

I asked the male cashier who looked like he was of asian descent if he could warm up the desserts for me a little bit. I don’t know what was going through his mind but he gave it to me scorching hot and it actually burned my tonsils. I would like to be compensated for my expenses and my grievance because this is not how you do business. I feel very disgruntled and I can barely swallow anything currently because of this. Read moreThe first thing I notice when I entered this McDonald's is that it is well maintained and very clean but, one thing that is quite obvious is never judge a book by its cover. Once we got to front of the restaurant the cashier came from around the counter and asked if we wanted to use the kiosk system without even saying hello or ask how we where doing.
