Lyfe Cafe — Restaurant in Westport

I’ve finally found my go-to café for croissants! After searching all over CT for three years, I can confidently say these are hands down the closest to the ones I get in NYC—flaky, buttery perfection. Beyond that, they serve a fantastic shaken espresso (iced), and their Mediterranean salad is top-tier. The falafel? Incredible—sorry, Layla’s!

The tuna salad sandwich is also a winner. My 4-year-old insisted we order it last weekend, and she absolutely loved it (though, of course, she couldn’t finish it because the portions are generous!). This is a great spot for a breakfast or coffee date with friends or family, or just a place to relax and have some me time. So...

What a delight! I work for Starbucks and am always wanting to check out new coffee and new experiences at different cafes. I am so glad I stopped. The place was sooo clean. Greeted the second I walked in the door by a nice associate. Have me options and choices so I could make an informed decision. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a Gluten free wrap and a shaken espresso with a splash of oat milk

They had a locally made hot sauce as an option

Everything was fresh, tasty and done just right.

I devoured my food it was sooo good.

Lyfe Cafe is exactly what Westport needed. It's fast casual but with a foodie approach. The menu is eclectic but simple. They nail it with perfectly made, elevated breakfast and lunch options and outstanding service. Ordering is super efficient, and the prices are reasonable for upscale preparations. It's kind of a casual, eat-and-go place, but no one rushes you out the door or seems to care if you hang out...
