Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Westport

What a great experience! This was my first time to this busy location and it was great! I used the Drive-thru but it moved quickly. The woman who took my order was very pleasant and had personality, which is lacking in many places these days. She told me about the Cold Brew and that it had more caffeine than other choices. I still went with my usual Americano but she was so nice. THEN, when I got to the window, the cashier gave me a cup with a taster of the Cold Brew, (which was good, btw!) She must have communicated to him that I wasn't sure about it and thought it would be nice to let me try it. Now THAT is customer service. I actually felt special. Service via the drive-thru has significantly declined since they reopened after renovations! The male staff like to give a lecture on how they should be given more time between order placement and pickup! My family and I were willing to wait! By chance the line of cars moved fast and so we were at the pickup window sooner than we expected! We don’t need a lecture! We work near by at the Toyota dealership and had place a big order around 8-9 coffees and i am standing at the counter and not a single staff bothered asking us if we needed help. They did ask a white lady with her daughter, i got to my boiling point and ask a staff that came from the back if she can maybe help us i said am i made out of glass? because no one had bothered to asked. I work at Westport and thought i would get better customer service what i got instead was feeling like i didn’t matter. BTW...
