Saatva — Local services in Westport

This was quite possibly the most wonderful shopping experience I’ve ever had with a sales associate and to top it off, the product quality itself was an equal match to the customer service. We came in on a Friday evening an hour before close. First off, the store smells like a spa with wonderful essential oils. We were greeted by all the associates upon arrival, all attentive and polite. We ended up working with Sal. He was excellent at asking thoughtful questions to understand our sleep needs allowing him to direct us away from models that wouldn’t be worth our time versus just trying to sell us anything and everything. We appreciated how knowledgeable he was about all their products and answering our questions. Best part was we found a mattress that met both mine and my partner’s needs. I swear we laid down and looked at each other and immediately knew we’d found the right mattress. Cherry on top was the Friday night $50 off deal. While their mattresses were the most expensive we saw compared to all the brands at Raymour & Flanigan, the price tag felt justified because the product is just noticeably better. Saatva in Westport is a gorgeous + smart showroom: inviting, well-designed, spotless, and a wonderful scent wafts through the air.

I am wildly impressed with the standards of the company, quality, craftsmanship, + care. I loved their memory foam but my favorite may be their Zenhaven (organic) latex mattress!

*Special shout-out: I was warmly welcomed by Iranie, who was calm, present, and knew the product like the back of her hand. Her energy also matched the dreaminess of the store. I also noticed when she was speaking with the other employees and asked if she was the manager (as it turns out, she is). I was impressed with how kind and effective she is with her team. OMG, there's finally a Saatva store in Connecticut, and I couldn't believe my luck when I drove by and saw it! My daughter is heading back to college this summer, and we've been searching high and low for a good mattress. The store itself is stunning—clean, modern, and everything you'd want in a shopping experience. Who wants to shop in a place with leaky ceilings, right?

The staff was incredible, especially the manager, a young African-American woman who was beyond helpful. She was so knowledgeable and kind, and I never once felt pressured or like I was being "sold" something. She genuinely guided me to the perfect mattress for my daughter, and I left feeling confident that I made the best choice.
