Dr. Deanne Mraz — Local services in Westport

The staff is not helpful, worst service ever. I called yesterday to make an appointment and explain all details; even I mentioned that I was sure that Dr. Mraz was on my insurance because I had already looked for her. I got an email with my appointment, and the receptionist made my appointment with somebody else; I sent a message, and she called me back saying that she explained it to me over the phone, which never happened! She never even mentioned that Dr. Mraz was not taking new patients (she did it after my email); she never said the other Dr, last name (for sure, I would ask in deep to research about the Dr. because it is what I usually do). I am not a child, I have an education, and I know exactly what we discuss in our conversation. She was rude and implied that I was a liar or an idiot; she did not care and said she would go ahead and cancel the appointment. To say that I leave my appointments with Dr. Robinson elated, would be an understatement. She is so knowledgeable and her bedside manner is unmatched. Dr. Robinson has been my dermatologist for several years and I highly recommend her to people of all ages for all medical and cosmetic dermatology concerns.
