KFC has become ridiculously overpriced and just isn’t worth it anymore. This location, in particular, is a textbook example of what a KFC should not be. The service is consistently lackluster, and the employees act like you’re inconveniencing them by simply being there.
On my last visit, I ordered through the app and arrived to find an empty restaurant (which honestly, who would want to eat there?). The place was filthy—overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, and food all over the floor. But hey, at least my order was ready… just sitting there on the top shelf behind the plexiglass, completely unattended.
I stood at the counter, phone in hand, clearly waiting. Four employees were just standing around, ignoring me for five minutes while chatting about random stuff and dealing with the drive-thru. Finally, someone hits me with a half-hearted "Can I help you?" Can you help me? Gee, I don’t know… why else would I be standing here? I let them know I’m there to pick up my order, and the response? A full-on eye roll. Seriously?! My food is right there.
Fast forward to getting home—absolute disappointment. The mashed potatoes were flavorless, the mac and cheese was a mushy disaster, and the chicken? Soggy, not crispy, just plain gross. After spending nearly $70 for a family of four, I’m officially done. I will never go to KFC again, especially this location. It’s had issues for decades, and clearly, nothing has changed.
We're done KFC....
Read moreThis is the second time I have ordered chicken strip boxes 2 of them. At 18 dollars a pc the fact this is the second time in a month I didn’t get any sauces is really upsetting. The first time ok probably an accident but this is the second time. We pay ALOT of money for the chicken strips and sauces come with the order the fact that this is not important is very upsetting. I order once a month. The only reason I don’t boycott and just order same strips through much cheaper Dairy Queen is the Cole slaw.i believe it’s being done on delivery services because nobody is going to drive and get the sauces. Trying to save a quarter might really affect your over all sales. Thanks for the full coleslaw this time and who ever is in control of the salt lately fire them will have all your customers blood...
Read moreI ordered a classic chicken sandwich with fries and a raspberry Brisk iced tea. When I pulled up to the window, I was handed a clear soda instead. After I asked, “Is this the iced tea?” there was no apology—just a quiet swap for the correct drink.
The chicken sandwich was actually pretty good, but the fries were a major letdown. They tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp all day—dry and stale. I also asked for ketchup and honey mustard at the window, but they were forgotten, and I had to ask again to get them.
I also paid nearly $17 for a six-piece chicken tender basket and was disappointed. The tenders were very small, and the flavor was overwhelmed by an overpowering amount of black pepper. For the price, I expected better quality, both in portion size and...
