If possible I would give this jersey Mike’s sub shop a zero 0 stars. As I entered the store. I was the only customer at the counter at this time. Give or take there were two employees standing in the front look like they could have been online orders. There were three other employees in the back near the grill. So one of them asked what was I having. And I stated a Philly chicken steak. He then asked what would I like on it and I told him. He then proceeded to pass my ticket to another guy. They then went so far as to discuss how the guy that originally took my order spelled my name wrong . Then the young lady started to go into a full engaged conversation on how to fix the sandwich. In which the other young man had already put the onions and meat on the grill to start grilling. And she handling the bread and putting the toppings on the bread and they are just continuing on to engage into a full conversation. Another customer had came into the store ordered paid and left, I’m still standing their at this time still waiting. And the employee at the front that was running the cash register was looking like what the hell is taking them so long. So I then asked the young man that was running the cash register. If he could tell the young lady to pass me my sandwich. Because at that time she was acting as if she was rolling the sandwich up in the bag. I’m requesting that a general manager or district manager would look into this matter. And rewinding the store camera. It took them about 15- 20 minutes to fix a sandwich with 2 employees. With no one else in the store but myself. And no the other young man was not in training. Just completely unacceptable., poor...
Read moreWorst service ever, I went in to order a sub around 3:30 PM . I was the only one in the store. There were 2 people cooking on the grill- and a person at the cash register and 3 other employees walking around the store. I waited for 5 or 6 minutes to place my sub order, but all 6 employees never made eye contact or asked what I wanted to order. I tried to catch their attention but they just kept ignoring me. So finally I was so frustrated that I said loudly... REALLY, REALLY there are 6 of you working here and nobody will help me !!! They then just stared at me, and none of them said a word... Like, sorry can we help you ?? ... I waited another 20 or 30 seconds in silence hoping that someone would take my order, but not a sound was heard !, I then walk out saying loudly... Read moreOn arrival there was a car parked in front of the restaurant playing very loud music with a man in the front seat and a child in the back. Didn't think too much about it at the time. We went inside to order and there was one customer ahead of us who was already being waited on. There were three employees and one employee was helping a customer. The other two were wandering aimlessly behind the counter. After waiting a few minutes, one employee finally asked if he could help us then before we could respond he walked away. The female employee walked passed us once more and went outside. After waiting a few more minutes for the male employee to come back we just decided to leave. As we're exiting the store the female employee is standing next to the car I mentioned previously and she's smoking, disrobing and talking to her male friend (the one that likes playing loud music).
