Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

I ordered a large sausage pizza at 6:50 pm. After an hour of waiting I called even tho their website said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I called and at first, they said it would be 10 more minutes. I waited again , still no pizza. I called and the gentleman said he was stuck in traffic and would be there in 5 minutes . This time he showed up. My pizza was delivered at 8:06pm. Finally I was ready to enjoy my pizza , so I thought. Upon opening it up I discovered it was cold , old looking, darker than most pizzas and not fresh upon tasting it. I tried to make it taste good by putting hot sauce to it and that still didn’t help. It was not fresh. I even gave a tip! I am so disappointed and I have a picture and you can judge for yourself and see how my pizza was delivered. So sad …and I hope they will try and make this...

There’s no Jet’s Pizza in Tennessee so when we saw one here we had to grab some! This location was the highest rated one in the area so we picked it. I love their 8 corner pizza so that’s what we went with. We ordered it with turbo crust, light sauce, pepperoni and mushroom. They made the pizza with magic or something. It’s so frigging delicious! The guy behind the counter was nice as well. We are probably gonna get some more from this location this weekend while we are in town cause man oh man it was...

My original review was 1 star because the pizza was nothing to write home about. The owner called me to see if he could make my bad experience better. I thought that was very nice and great customer service, he really went above and beyond to make it right. Jets replaced our exact order. The Detroit style was very good with lots of flavor. The thin crust was still... maybe just not what we are used to. They still did a great job trying to make things...
