Starbucks — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

Surprised at the poor quality of this Starbucks. I ordered two identical drinks and one was horrible! Later I asked for an additional pump of syrup in hopes it would hide the flavor but it didn't work. When I returned for the syrup, a different lady was in charge of making drinks-- she nor the young man at the register (he seemed new) didn't know how to make them and she was looking them up on her cell phone.
