Been coming here at least a month. A simple cup of coffee with extra soy milk every time for years . Since Starbucks no longer provides creamers for customers to add on their own, we have to depend on baristas to get it right. Today I was bullied by a barista , short man with a hat everyday because I asked for more soy milk. He was loud , arrogant and inappropriate about my request. I order a cup up so there is plenty of room to add the extra soy I order. Another barista the day noticed and made sure there was extra cup beside by my mobile order when I arrived which was kind of her since my drink is not to my liking for the past month or so. And one other barista who is not there as often got it right so I walked out happy.A simple thing to do would have been to ask how would you like it to be made that way since I am a regular visitor I don’t have to ask for soy everytime . Other stores notice after visiting two times or so and I don’t have to ask again and again since they started making it right.

Read moreI recently visited this Starbucks and encountered a shift manager whose behavior left much to be desired. Danielle's demeanor was consistently rude and overly stern towards the baristas. It was evident that they lacked the necessary interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
During my visit, I noticed that the she was prone to engaging in arguments with customers regarding replacement drinks or refunds, particularly if they believed the customer had received the correct order. This adversarial approach created unnecessary tension and discomfort for both customers and baristas alike.
Overall, my experience with Danielle was disappointing, and it significantly detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance of this Starbucks establishment. I hope management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more positive customer experience...
Read moreI give one star to the girl at the drive through who was nice... the other, older woman was completely rude. They (she) messed my order up and added too much espresso and she kept trying to blame me and my order...... I go to that Starbucks 4-5 times a week and order the same thing with no problem.. it’s always the same price. Today it was way too strong and $2 more expensive.....so either everyone else who has served me is wrong and under charged me and she’s right or she’s a rude old hag who needs serious customer service training. This is the second time this type of this thing has happened to me at this Starbucks - I only continue to go there because it is the only one on my morning route. Most people are nice, a couple are so horrible they bring this locations...
