Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wheeling

This is quite possibly one of the worst Dunkins I have ever been to. It is sad that it’s only 10 minutes from my house but I would rather drive the 25 minutes just to go to the one in Moundsville. I used to get Dunkin almost everyday, but the service here has gone downhill. Let’s start off with the fact that someone left A WRAPPER in my bacon egg and cheese wrap and served it to me (picture attached). Needless to say, I have never ordered one since and check all of my food before eating it now. My drinks taste horrible all the time. How hard is it to make a coffee when you work at a coffee place!!!! Don’t even get me started on placing mobile orders for inside pick up. There have been times where I have waited over 10 or 15 minutes on a pick up order that was legit a drink and donut or a drink and hashbrowns. How is this possible when I see people coming in and ordering at the counter or going through the drive-thru getting their food before me even though they placed their orders way after me? And it’s no use trying to get any of the workers’ attention because they all just look at you and keep doing what they’re doing/ignore you. I decided to give it another chance yesterday during my work lunch break. I ordered a drink with a grilled cheese as a mobile pick up and waited 12 minutes before I finally watched an employee come over and sit it on the mobile pick up stand and say, ”Oh I’m sorry, someone put this over in the drive-thru.” That’s all fine and dandy, but not only did you guys waste over half of my lunch break, not a single employee (out of at least 5 that I watched walk by) stopped to ask me if I needed something as I was standing right in front of the counter looking at them… DO BETTER!!!!!!!! And don’t say that I don’t understand what it’s like to work there because I actually work at one of the busiest fast food restaurants in town and have for the past 4 years :) The amount of complaints I’ve heard from friends and other people I know about the service at this Dunkin is unreal. great with food and drinks however service is INSANELY slow, especially if you place a mobile order (even though the whole point of mobile ordering is to order it and get it made ahead of time so when you get there it’s ready). last two times i’ve gotten the same drink and waited 20 minutes the first time and 15 the next and that’s with a mobile order. prepare for your mobile order to get trampled on by 15 cars in the regular drive through that you purposely ordered ahead of. had to go in the store both times and tell them i’ve been sitting there waiting and they don’t give any sort of sympathy or apology for the wait and are sometimes a little snappy about it. if it wasn’t for it being the only dunkin near me and the only one on my way to work, i wouldn’t be...

My coworkers and I make a dunkin run at least once a week. I ordered half dozen donuts. They were stale, and hardly any filling. I was told the manager would reach out. It has been a week and not a word. However if it is the same manager that became rude with me because I wasn’t “speaking loud enough for him”and then slammed my coffee down on the counter.
