Arby's — Restaurant in White House

Horrible time at this Arbys, they was out of roast beef (i should of left then but I went ahead and tried something different, their brisket) 2 Combos and 2 sandwiches, added a milkshake (it was thin like water so I returned it before I ever left the window, didn't know at the time but the manager actually handed me the milk shake, my tea was disgusting, watered down, replaced it for Dr.Pepper it was over carbonated (so no drink) got home with the order and our food was greasy and had to much mayonnaise on it, it wasn't good overall (after we took the extra mayonnaise off our sandwich) nobody even ate half of their sandwiches but the 2 order of fries were good ($45.00 meal and got good fries, so I called up there that night got no answer, so the next day called back and talked to the manager (ended up being the guy who handed me the food), told him about the problems and he redid our order with roast beef combos and sandwiches to make it better but ill never go back to this Arbys. wish I could give no stars, it...

I placed an order on the mobile app. Upon arriving I noticed that the street address on my order said 301 White House Crossing but the city was Portland Tn. Turns out that there was an issue with the app and my order was sent to the Portland Tn location even though I chose the White House Tn location. Muffin(staff member) went out of her way to fix the issue. She called the Portland location and refunded my order. They then made my order at the White House location. When I received my food it was fresh and very good.

The whole staff were very friendly and helpful with the whole situation and made my experience here a great one.

Muffin and her team provided great customer service, and that’s something hard to find in today’s society.

I will be making it a point to return to this location because of great customer service...

We showed up around 4:30 and were quickly greeted. I asked if they had the $1 curly fries and the 30 piece boneless wings. They had the 6 and 9 piece wings, but the 30 piece is for online and on the app orders only. No big deal. The girl behind the counter was apologetic about us having to stand back as we signed into the app which, luckily we had already. The staff was patient and asked how our days was. We placed our order and went to the side to wait. The restaurant was nice and clean. The condiments and drink area was clean. It took about 15 minutes for our order to come up. We ordered the 30 piece Boneless Buffalo Box ($16.00) 3 small curly fries ($3.00) and 2 Classic Roast Beef ($4.00). Everything was really good. Pics included.
