I started working at this store two days ago, from the second I walked in I was put straight to the register within 4 mins of walking through the door. I was not shown ANYTHING… I know three buttons CASH, CREDIT CARD and GIFT CARD. I was not told anyone’s name in the building was not shown the store… wasn’t shown what anything was in the store. Trash all over the counters and floors. Went in for an interview Monday and the same feminine bag in the women’s restroom is still the same one today. It’s over flowing!!! When I asked where the stuff is to clean it I’m told “idk”. I was never trained on anything. Never was I told pay day, no breaks, no nothing about the job that I was starting. When you ask for help in this place you have to wait for a manager or team member to get off there phone before they will assist you with a customer. During a slow period today I started cleaning… the whip cream was sitting beside the cleaning sink, employees food sitting half ate all over the counter, drink mixes that are meant to be refrigerated have been kept out on counters and are warm, never have I seen anyone wash their hands, sticky spots on the counter were turning fuzzy… when taking a payment I’m told not to accept big bigs well after already having took a few payments with big bills I’m finally told I can’t! I have customers getting upset with me because I literally can’t answer any questions alone. This store and it’s management are the worse I’ve ever seen working in a business!
Oh and if u have food allergies… don’t go here cause all utensils are used for the same thing and not cleaned or sanitized between each order. They stuck it in a dirty cup of water!

Read moreTo start off, the cashier was completely ignorant of the Dunkin Donut product line. We had to describe and point out each of the 1/2 dozen for her to fulfill it. Additionally, when asked for a "vanilla creme", she acted like there was no way to distinguish between types and asked us "do you want it or not". Said Vanilla Creme was not even creme filled, it appeared as if the baker only injected less than a tsp of cream so it was really a powdered round with no hole. The classic glazed was stale and tasted as if it was on the shelf for days beforehand. Only one of my three donuts could be consumed with barely passable satisfaction. The drive thru was servicing 3x the speed as walk in customers which was visibly frustrating to us and the long line (8-10 people) line behind us.
It appeared as if there was only one quality employee capable of doing a good job, which we assumed was the manager. He appeared visibly frustrated to the customers.
The only way to fix this Dunkin donuts would be to bring the entire staff in off peak hours for remedial training, or fire 3-4 of the worst employees, re hire and re train. It's very obvious that this franchise owner is not involved in their business at all.
This was easily the absolute worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin Donuts and I've been a repeat customer at various locations for almost 20 years.

Read moreUsually the iced coffee is made well. They used to put too much cream in it but how it seems to be made correctly. My only complaint with this location is that, no matter what it is that I order, they are ALWAYS out of one thing . If I only order an iced coffee they will either be out of the cup size I want, lids or straws . Hell, one time they told me they were out of ice! Most of the time, even early in the day, they'll be out of cold brew. They are always out of blueberry or coffee cake muffins. If I order a sandwich they will usually be out of croissants, multi grain bread or English muffins. This morning they were out of cinnamon raisin bagels at 10am. I can't win with this place. I'm to the point where I'm just going to ask them to list off everything they DO have so I don't have to sit there wasting my time playing guessing games. Anytime they have a limited time item, like Irish Cream flavors or a new don't, they never have it in stock. This place could be great. Management just needs to get a handle on their inventory.
