Wingstop — Restaurant in White House

Was super excited about Wingstop coming to WH, but they’re 0-3 on orders for me. The first attempt I ordered online and it got to us super fast, but I was shorted 13 wings. I called and they promised to give me 13 for free on my next order. Order 2 came and I called to redeem that and they told me I had to come in or they couldn’t do it. I ended up just ordering online again and didn’t try to get the 13. The online order said 25-35 minutes and ended up showing up cold 75 minutes later. Then for strike 3… I ordered $150 worth of food last weekend. 30 minutes later a single plate of pasta (yeah..) was delivered. Driver left it at the door without knocking. When I called to get it straightened out I was told the driver was coming back. 20 more minutes later they tell me he isn’t coming and I’ll get a refund for my order. No offer to replace the order, no offer of anything to rectify the situation. Really sad to say I won’t use this Wingstop again. 3 strikes in a row is...

Ordered online around 3:50pm. Our order was ready in the time that was allotted. We ordered the 30 piece crew pack (all boneless). Ordered the large fry well done. And the veggies all carrots. Staff was friendly and courteous. And, the restaurant was clean. Had 15 pieces done with the Cajun seasoning and 15 with the Mango Habanero. The Mango Habanero seasoned wings were a bit uneven. Some pieces were missing the sauce. They were still very good. The carrots were thick cut and crunchy. The Ranch dip was a bit watery ,but adequate for dipping. The Cajun wings were spicy and vinegary. Very tasty. The fries were ordered well done. They were not cooked long enough. They were soggy and limp. Had to air fry to make them better. I tried the Wingstop for the first time today and I'm just going to suggest a few things they could do to provide better food I had a six-wing boneless chicken wing meal with the Korean barbecue sauce. The wings were a little overcooked with not enough sauce on them, they were a little dry. As I feel like the sauce is the star of the Wings they need to coat them better. The fries were kind of long and soft they weren't cooked really crispy at all and I don't know if that's their normal or they were just undercooked. They give you a whole lot of fries though so if you like fries not cooked crispy, this is the place for you. Seriously more sauce on the wings and less soggy fries would make me...
