Worst service ever! Waited 15 minutes to get someone on the speaker to take our order. Then another 15 for it to come out. Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and onion and no bun and tater tots. When it came out it was put in a container upside down so the toppings were everywhere. They didnât put silverware so they expected me to eat it with my hands I guess. I asked for ketchup and the girl said I guess I will have to go inside and get some. She never returned with the ketchup or silverware. I called and asked for a manager And Elizabeth got on the phone. The only thing she said was yes mam. I told her if the girls worried about the customers as much as they worried about the boys and hanging out that maybe I could have eaten my dinner without ketchup all over my hands, not to mention we received one (yes only one) napkin. The manager said they arenât hanging out they brought in over $1,000. Then she proceeded to tell me she would credit my card back. I didnât ask for a credit. I asked that something be said to the staff and she said donât talk about my crew that way. All I have to say is wow. Horrible service, horrible manager and horrible food presentation. I wonât be back ever. The manager is just as bad as the crew. If I could zero stars or negative stars I would.
And side note, all the responses on these comments get the same auto response to call the franchise owner. Obviously they donât care either!...
   Read moreUpdate: we went back because we are gluttons for punishment; we ordered an ocean water, and it literally tasted like water...it was DISGUSTING. Turned around, came back and pushed the button...sat and sat and sat while everyone around us got their orders taken. Moved stalls, same thing happened; finally called in, and amazingly enough, the "manager" answered (isn't it remarkable how that always seems to be the case?) and basically said that yeah, their sprite was out. Here's a thought, maybe let us know when we ordered! Then she said there's only four of them working tonight (on a Saturday night) and it wasn't their fault. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE ALMOST AN HOUR TO FINALLY GET AN OCEAN WATER (that's literally all we ordered!!!).
If I could, I would leave zero stars; we ordered a buy one get one chili cheese coney, using the app. Low and behold they only brought us one coney; when we brought this to their attention, they told us in a very condescending way that we did it wrong. We double checked our receipt, and it showed clear as day, that we did not. They told us that they would do it this one time, but next time, to basically order it the right way.    Read moreThis was my first visit to this Sonic and I've never had such a bad experience at any other restaurant. Ever. I tried hard to calm down the speaker's voice but it only got more harsh and faster and louder and curt. I couldn't just leave because I had a family waiting at their home that I was visiting and buying dinner for. When I thought my orders were all taken the Display showed incorrect items and multiple items that I didn't order. When I asked for a revision I was yelled at and then with my explaination the Display changed to correct orders. When asked if there was anything else I said yes, I'd appreciate better customer service. When the person brought my order to my car she was either the order-taker or she mimicked her with similar tone and crassness. I gave that person a cash tip anyway, because I tip for all services. I then went as a guest to the family I was to visit. When we opened the bags the food inside was what was shown on the first Display. I had paid half of what the in-error Display showed to cost. What a disappointment I then was to those who'd expected something else. If you're thinking bad of me, so be it.
