Dunkin' — Restaurant in White Township

Ordered online to “skip the wait”. This resulted in a 30+ minute waiting time, as this locations “priotizes” drive through orders. Which would be okay; had the like not been onto the street. Zero employees were communicating with the customers about a delay or the orders being late. I watched 4 people come in, order, and leave before I got my drinks. I did not order involved drinks either. Just a regular iced latte. After I had finally got my drinks, one of the workers had told me the drinks had been done for a while. If the workers had finished the drinks, why would they not say anything? This Dunkin location is atrocious. I asked another customer while we were waiting, who had been there for a while, what their issue was, and dunkin had forgotten half of their order. To further this predicament, when I first arrived with my pet, Sir Fluffykins, a majestic corgi. The staff was rude and commanded me to wait outside. Where the manager came up behind me, put a bag over my head, bound my hands. Took my dog. Stuffed myself and my dog into a van, drove me out into a desert. Shot my dog. And when they took the bag off my head, I was kneeling in front of an open grave, with a gun to my head. And that was my introduction to the Dunkin at 1669...

Walking up to the location it looks like it used to be an old car garage but with the very familiar Dunkin Donuts atmosphere. Walking inside of it, it looks just like any other kind of Dunkin Donuts, the only difference being the big garage door that has been replaced by a window. It is one of the only places to get coffee in the area unless you wanted to go into campus to get Starbucks. It is a relatively quiet place with plenty of open seats most of the time. The menu board is placed on big television screens that are very easy to read and written in a way to make ordering very easy. When I placed my order the lady seemed to be in a bit of a rush but she wrote everything down correctly and hurried to go make my order. I ordered an ice coffee with a chocolate swirl in it and when I received my order all the chocolate was just at the bottom and was not mixed at all. In pictures my order looks like it should be mixed very well but that is not what I received. Dunkin Donuts takes pride in creating its coffees perfectly and without any error, after mixing my flavors in myself it was very good. If going to this location just realize you may have to work a little yourself to make the experience...

I have always been a fan of DD, this morning to get my friend and I a coffee. Ordered on my app. I got two medium hot coffees . Pulled up to the window the women that gave them to me didn’t even say a word even when I said hello and thank you . So I stopped and checked my drinks bc they weren’t marked who's were who ? I looked into them and found mine just bc it had a tiny bit of whipped cream and was missing a lot of coffee after paying over $5 for a medium. I went back in the staff didn’t seem nice at all they did remake my drink the young girl who seemed upset by this wouldn’t even lol at me . I look and all I see whipped cream so after I get in and drive off some pull over take the topping off it was still not even close to top being filled . So disappointed how this company as become . I know it doesn’t mean much just from one person , but I will no longer put money into this company again . I hope you guys know how many local small businesses sell coffee? That’s where my friends and I will be keeping going and I will no longer support a large company like this who doesn’t care for there...
