Dunkin' — Restaurant in Whitefish Bay

I frequent this DD often. When the owner(s) are not around, you may ask yourself - how do some of these people still work here. I visited on 24 Jan 2020. An employee that was not on the clock came into the location being rude and obnoxious. She did not want to wait in line with the other customers, so she went behind the counter and started packing what she wanted into donut boxes. Mind you, she just walked in off the street, did not wash her hands, and decided to handle food. One other girl that was there kept telling this off the clock employee to get back from behind the counter. I just moved to a new neighborhood and this was the closet DD to me. I went this morning and had the worst experience. No one said hello when I walked in. I stood there at the counter for approx 8 minutes and still no one said a word. There was two people working behind the counter, and one person waiting for a drink. Finally I asked if I was allowed to order? I started thinking maybe it was ONLY online ordering. She replied “hold on” came back a few minutes later, took my order and that was it. I also wished to give this location a 0 star possible. Terrible disrespectful co workers had nothing better but screw around and do stuff at their wish. The manager was so thrash and unfriendly to cooperate with and cared even less about the behavior of her employees.. An employee named Thomas was a terrible piece of shii and not a good person to even be around to get trained by. Only 2 people including that one sweet girl named Ariel were good influences. Those other couples that also owned the place were way cooler and friendly but I couldnt work with them sadly. This will be the worst job...
