On 11/12/18, my husband picked up sandwiches at 8:37 PM. While ordering my husband said that the cashier start to laugh and asked him what was his order 8 times, while her other co-workers, who were to make the sandwiches laughed too. He found it strange and was surprise that the order was quickly filled. Nevertheless, he thought no more about, took his order and left. Once home he ate his sandwich, but I did not due to illness. I would eat my sandwich for dinner the next day. When I cut my sandwich, totally shocked! The only thing on the sandwich was lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. No Meat! I felt violated and disrespected. This was intentional! For someone to play with your food, and disrespect is not cool. Of course, I took it back and spoke with the manager Issac. He promised me that his GM would be in that day and would call me. I did not hear from anyone. I called again, spoke with Issac again and he told the owner and that the GM would call me. Have not heard from anyone. I expected those employees to be talked to and explained the importance of treating All customers with respect. This is what you will get. The people working here need to ease off the condiments! I did not order a condiment sandwich! Even the Vito is soaked in oil, so much that the bread is mushy.

When we opened the boxes none of the sandwiches were numbered or organized in a way that made it make sense. The bread didn’t seem fresh. When we called the next day all we got was an apology.
