If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I have been coming to this BK for years and only since the pandemic they have gone completely downhill. Tonight topped it off. Me and my daughter were in the drive thru, waited about 20 minutes there was one person at the drive thru waiting to order and we were second in line. No other cars were in front of the lady in front of us. Finally they took her order and then we waited a minute or so for our order to be taken. Now, this girl was not terrible nor was she great she just took out order and when I said thank you she never replied. Got to the window and I was my usual nice self even if SHE had an attitude I never even mentioned the long wait not once. After she handed me my last two bags I sat there and looked through the bags it was not even 10 seconds and she said I had to move and I said excuse me and she said you can't sit there and do that and I said yes I can I want to make sure my food is all here and she proceeded to yell at me and give me an attitude so I went to park and went inside to talk to the manager and as I walked in before they saw me they were both talking bad about me and when i asked the manager about what happened at the drive thru she said I don't know what happened even though I knew she did and I proceeded to tell her and she immediately got defensive and the drive thru worker was behind her antagonizing me and calling me names and using hand gestures while the manager allowed her to. Just unbelievable in all the times I have been to BK I have never been treated so poorly! Nothing was resolved because the manager made up her mind that she was just going to berate me in front of the whole dining room without a care or concern. I LOVE Burger King, but I much rather take the very short drive to WALNUTPORT Burger King for quality.
"Mask required" on the advertising is inaccurate. This is during a COVID19 pandemic, where the world is/was already in shambles. The last thing a drive-thru customer wants to see is watching the prep staff wearing her mask (on her CHIN/NECK, where respiratory droplets don't come out of) and the manager also had his mask down under his mouth, and then only when he came to talk to us he put his mask in a proper way. He was talking to us as we demanded the food be refunded after WATCHING two staff talk amongst themselves, (essentially maskless) and three times the manager did not understand the concept that even after we paid, and were refunded for the food, he STILL insisted we take the meal (for free) which was not the point.
The MASK over your mouth and nose PROPERLY FIT at all times while preparing food is the concept. I had a mask on (as a PASSENGER) which is not a legal requirement being in a car in a drive-thru, and a personal witness to show that the carelessness that is exhibited at the Burger King in Whitehall was beneath the convenience of fast/safe food practices.
TO RECAP: -Carelessness -Lack of proper food handling skills because touching your mask and then your hand touching anything else IS cross-contamination. -Lack of personal/managerial accountability being in public areas -Lack of problem solving skills, just wanted to pass off free food -Did not instantly correct his subordinate for non compliance of "mask required" -Management not advising staff AS A WHOLE on what mask...

Dear Burger King I was at your establishment 2687 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall, PA 18052! I lost my wallet there or in the parking lot on 11/26/23 between 6:35pm and I left a little after 7pm. I went back after tracing My steps because that's the last place I went to ams had wallet in hand.
In there was my license, my salon tip card, health/vision/dental/cash app card/prime credit card/ bank credit card/ my mini cosmetology license/ plus $300 in cash.
When I called when I realized I lost my card noone answered I called multiple times so I had to drive there in the rainy cold weather. I arrived between 8:45 and 9pm. I went back like 2 times because the workers didn't take the matter seriously.
They said call on 11/27 the manager was there 6am to 4pm. I said noone answered they said they would, I left my info there and that day came and I was rushing all over to get my new cards, lock accounts and so on, I had my other half go back to tell them to look at the footage from 6:35pm to 9pm. Because by the time I got everything situated I had to start work. The manager said they wouldn't be able to do anything til 11/28. I recieved no call or anything, even though I called noone answered!
I want proof of the footage or have someone look at it before I have to take further action I just want clarity. Even though I got everything back but my $300. Because to me me if workers are cleaning they can take the cash and throw the wallet and lie.
